The staff were exceptionally friendly and always greeted guests with a warm smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel environment is beautiful and relaxing, with a great location near the beach. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and attention to detail could be seen throughout the property. "It is excellent for a 3-star hotel. The bungalows and buildings are very tasteful. The private beach and the swimming pool are awesome. The breakfast is good enough with stunning views. The service is pretty good: helpful personnel in general, except for one of the front desk workers in the morning, who could be nicer."

"Phi Phi Natural Resort was amazing and a total 10/10 stay. If you are looking for peace and privacy this is definitely the best option for you. The staff is very very kind and attentive and they really make sure you have everything you need. The food is also amazing and we loved every meal we had there. One of the coolest parts is having your own private beach where you can swim with no problem whenever the sea tide is high. It is such a chill and beautiful place if you just want to relax and get away from the crowds."

"We had a great stay overall. The staff were outstanding — friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and the beach was absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. One important note: the bungalows vary a lot in quality depending on the location/number. The 1XX bungalows (101, 102, etc.) are modern, clean, and very nicely designed. However, the 4XX bungalows (409, 410, etc.) are noticeably lower quality — older, less comfortable, and not at the same standard as the rest of the resort. Despite that, we really enjoyed the experience and would recommend the hotel, especially if you can book a bungalow in the 1XX range."
