They charged me for two nights when I only stayed one night. I called as of yet, they have not refunded my night.

Housekeeping is only on alternate days, unless you request otherwise. The quality of housekeeping is a bit inconsistent. However, one nice perk of the hotel is the complimentary breakfast, though it's the same items pretty much everyday. I attended an event at the Convention Center, which is a short 5-min walk away. There's also a supermarket (Trader's Joe) nearby.

The room is very spacious and clean, with a kitchen for easy cooking. The location is good, close to the city hall and the farmers' market, not far from the university town, and the public security is good.

The hotel is located in Philadelphia City Hall Square. The view of City Hall from the room is very nice. The front desk service is warm, the room is clean and comfortable, and you can cook simple meals. I am very happy. I will stay here again next time I go to Philadelphia.
