My stay was wonderful. The hotel service was exceptional friendly, attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The facilities were top notch with a clean and modern room. A relaxing pool area and a well-equipped gym. As for the food the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Bad experience. TV, (was unplugged) phone, hotplate, all didn't work. Toilet seat was broken. Floor was filthy, rust stains in the bathroom. Front desk would not give me another room, didn't have one with working TV or phone. Several complaints from other customers. Was going to stay 12 days glad I only booked 1. Bed was frayed, and even a spider paid a visit. Terrible experience!!!!

I come here regularly because the accommodation is like a home with all the facilities. It's really good. I recommend it.

I selected and requested non smoking room but I ended up in a smelly, fishyand dirty room (named in the app as luxury room). The sofa is full of dust and dirt. The receptionist is not friendly and helpful at all. She said, she has no other room, either I let the cleaner come to spray some frangant or I move out.

Very nice service apartment. Clean and neat. Has a roof top pool. The washing machine is a bit old, but still can be used. Reception asked for a 40$ deposit, it wasn't written on CTrip.

Very good, I can find service girls easily because here many service girls stay monthly. I found a Thai sex worker here. I recommend it if you like excitement.

It’s actually pretty average and doesn’t reflect the higher rating reviews. The apartment building is far away from center of bars and restaurants. It’s very aged. The apartments have a washing machine which was good but no other items for cooking or eating. It’s bare. They also demanded inlay a USD45 deposit. For what I’m not sure but I refused. Overall, disappointing.
