Phnom Penh Infinity Pool Down to $25/N - M Residence ★★★★
Situated in the trendy BKK1 district, M Residence is famous for its breathtaking rooftop infinity pool and sky bar, offering a 360-degree panoramic view of the city skyline. The property blends the comfort of home with hotel luxury, featuring spacious units equipped with kitchenettes and modern finishes.
Baitong Hotel & Resort ★★★★
"I chose the place for the weekend’s getaway, a one-night staycation. I was quite impressed by level of hospitality, facilities and layout, and of course, a hearty breakfast with both buffet and à la carte. The only issue for me was the noise. My room was on the 2nd floor and I felt that it was next to housekeeper room or something because I could hear constant chatting and noise of things being moved etc. The room didn’t have a good sound proof, so for someone who is a light sleeper like me, it’s quite irritating and hard to have a restful sleep. Overall, it’s almost a perfect stay! I think I’ll visit again."
The Bridge Club ★★★★
A modern 3-star landmark in the heart of the city, The Bridge Club offers an apartment-style experience with 300 rooms. Its standout feature is the dual swimming pool setup (both indoor and outdoor), providing guests with a stylish retreat just minutes from the Royal Palace and the riverfront.
M9 Kirirom Hotel ★★★★
Perfectly positioned along the Tonle Sap River, M9 Kirirom Hotel offers a chic, riverside escape. Most rooms feature private balconies with sunrise river views. The on-site restaurant serves authentic Cantonese and Khmer cuisine, providing a high-end dining experience right on the Preah Sisowath Quay.
Birdcage Boutique ★★★
"Wrapping up our two-night stay and we ran into absolutely no issues. Everything went smoothly.Overall, a great, hassle-free experience."
Check Inn Phnom Penh Royal Palace ★★★★
"Overall, the room was quite clean and tidy. The air conditioning temperature was adjustable, but the bathroom layout felt a bit inconvenient. Also, there was only one bottle for both shower gel and shampoo. The breakfast in the morning was very average. However, for the price, it's still a good value for money."
City Lodge Hotel ★★★
"For the location, it's not bad. It's a really good location. Relatively clean and good bargain. But don't expect anything luxury, you get what you pay for."
Thadatra INN ★★★★
"Good service"
Chaiya Palace Hotel ★★★★
Elegant 4-star hotel in Phnom Penh with stylish rooms, a rooftop infinity pool, and an on-site spa. Features a fitness centre and restaurant serving Asian and international cuisine.

NagaWorld Hotel & Entertainment Complex
"Best place to live if it’s your first to beautiful Cambodia, like me. Everything, and I mean every thing runs 24/7. And the view from the Pangrea or your hotel room is simply superb: looking up from a sumptuous buffet to take in the Palace and the massive, melancholic expanse of the Mekong ….takes my breath away. Go stay at.NagaWorld and use it as a launchpad to foray into the provinces: Best of both worlds if you’re not a habitual gambler; and the same if you are."

Wyndham Grand Phnom Penh Capital
"I booked this hotel because it's close to the bus station. The lobby is nicely decorated, and the staff are very friendly and helped carry my luggage to the room. The room was incredibly spacious! The decor was a bit of a hodgepodge European style and not very refined, but because the room was so huge and had plenty of furniture, the overall experience was still quite good. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. There are many convenient takeout options nearby. The pool was decent, but getting to it involved walking through a very long, dark corridor on that floor, which felt a bit unprofessional. When the staff member was helping me with my luggage, they complimented my English, saying that most Chinese people barely speak English. I told them that's not true, many speak it very well, and those who aren't as proficient don't need to try as hard to learn English because there are so many Chinese speakers in the world. But I felt that this kind of stereotype about Chinese people not speaking English isn't something a service staff member should have or comment on. Later, after returning home, I saw on Xiaohongshu that this hotel's rooms were previously a long-term gathering place for *unpleasant individuals* (though they've since been raided by the police). If you're booking, you might want to consider this."
Novotel Phnom Penh BKK 1

Riva Phnom Penh
"The environment is excellent."
Hotel Cambodiana
"This hotel might have been great twenty years ago, but unfortunately, the design and decor are very dated. The ceilings are low, the facilities are old, and there isn't even a charging outlet by the bed. The gym has a lot of equipment, but it's just stacked together in a utilitarian way, making the space very cramped. The ceiling in there is probably only 2 meters high."

Pinnacle Moments Residence
"The location is good and price is good but we had a very bad experience during our stay. I stayed here for 5 nights and we experience power shortage around 3-4 times. Then another issue is the automatic door lock was faulty and there is one night we are locked outside of our unit for 2-3 hours waiting for the maintenance team to fix it."
Clover Hotel Monivong
"The room is neat and location is excellent. If there is a table that can move around will be even better. All tables in the room are mounted to the wall. Toilet/huge bath tub/shower are separated unit, wonderful design for large group to stay. Queen size Bed with 4 pillows and pillow is not thin. Refrigerator is working perfectly as most of the hotel Refrigerator is not working anymore."
Bassac Signature Hotel & Residence
"This hotel is ideally located in Bassac Lane, but the rooms lack soundproofing, which can be an issue at night due to the noise from the many lively bars and restaurants at the hotel's doorstep. Despite this small drawback, the hotel is perfect in all other aspects."
