SEENERGY STAY Riverside ★★★
"I had booked for four days. The first day I came at midnight and went to sleep. Second day there was no internet, but I work remotely. I asked to cancel that day but the manager Sou Praseth told me no. He said comeback later. I went back at 7 pm and it still wasn’t working. I tried to cancel but again but he declined it. The next morning the internet still wasn’t working. I tried to leave but he made a huge fuss. It was nearly impossible. I just wanted a refund for the two days I wasn’t staying there. It took 45 minutes and a conversation with trip.com to get resolved. Thanks to trip.com but do not trust this man or hotel. Do not stay here. Should have refunded me all three days the internet didn’t work. He made everything difficult."
The Bridge Club ★★★★

Check Inn Phnom Penh Royal Palace ★★★★
"Top hotel with a good breakfast, a clean pool with a beautiful view, and it's open late into the evening. The room was very clean. Definitely worth a repeat stay!"
Thadatra INN ★★★★
"The hotel is very new and super clean. The hotel provides excellent service."
Ohana Phnom Penh Palace Hotel ★★★★
"Close to the palace and dining area, everything is within walking distance. I chose a room with a street-facing balcony, but for some reason, my room was the only one without chairs or a table on the balcony, which was a disappointment, especially since the neighboring balcony had them. Also, there's a bar directly in front of the hotel that plays loud music until late at night, which was noisy. Overall, though, it's a lovely hotel with a pool and great value for money."
