A stay at M9 Kirirom Hotel places you in the heart of Phnom Penh, a short 4-minute walk from Riverside and within 2 minutes by car from Central Market. This hotel is 0.9 mi (1.5 km) from Royal Palace and 1.8 mi (2.9 km) from NagaWorld Casino. This hotel offers designated smoking areas. Enjoy a meal at the restaurant or snacks in the hotel's coffee shop/cafe. Mingle with other guests at the complimentary reception, held daily. Wrap up your day with a drink at the bar/lounge. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite. Make yourself at home in one of the 30 air-conditioned rooms featuring MP3 docking stations and flat-screen televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and digital programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with showers feature rainfall showerheads and complimentary toiletries. Conveniences include safes and desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.

"Location: Situated slightly north of Riverside (104th Street), it's a bit removed from the central night market area, offering a more peaceful atmosphere. 104th Street itself has a good selection of bars and restaurants, so it's still enjoyable. Cleanliness: It seems like they've converted a condominium floor into a hotel. For those accustomed to the cleanliness standards of Japanese hotels, it might be a bit challenging. The plumbing, especially the shower installation, wasn't great (the partition door between the shower and toilet didn't close properly), and there were a few bugs in the closet. However, considering it's Southeast Asia and only 5,000 yen per night, it's probably within acceptable limits. Service: They made the bed every morning, which was good. It would have been even better if they had dealt with the bugs. Facilities: Nothing special, neither good nor bad. The elevator (OTIS) in the common area was noticeably slow."

I really enjoyed my stay at Apsor Palace Hotel. It’s in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the Royal Palace and nearby shopping. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. A comfortable and pleasant experience overall.

This French-branded hotel really left an impression on me with its unique character and excellent service. The mattress and bedding were incredibly comfortable. I also have to commend the Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor; the dishes were authentic and delicious. And the rooftop open-air Western restaurant and bar on the 11th floor is a real highlight, offering fantastic views of Phnom Penh. I'll definitely be back.

Location: at center of Phnom Penh, easily reach by grab. Room: neat and clean, size wise just ok, I get a nice view of Mekong river. Breakfast: variety not much but just ok you can request staff for additional egg menu. Staff: really friendly and greet you everytime. Shoutout to the breakfast staff who check with you everytime. Improve: although the towel is clean but it looks old and some have light yellowish stain which believes unable to wash out. It visible to naked eye. Which really unpleasant.

I had a good stay overall for a fair price, but don't expect luxury. I liked the well-maintained room, the gym and the rooftop pool. However, the hotel charges a $50 deposit and has more prohibition signs than the streets of Singapore, which doesn't feel welcoming. In the room, there was no safety box, which is basic. The usability of the kitchen is limited. Similarly, the washing machine doesn't come with a dryer and there is nothing to hang up your clothes.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is safe, comfortable, and conveniently situated in the Riverside district. It has a good cost performance (i.e. price-to-quality ratio). Not everything is perfect, but the staff makes up for it, they are friendly and helpful (special shout-out to Nita who is fantastic, she is the nicest person and she helped me with all my requests). I originally booked a basic room until I found out a few days ahead the room had no window (I did not read the description carefully enough), so I upgraded for a “standard double room” with window. The first room I moved into did not have hot water. The hotel was not able to fix it, so eventually they moved me to another room where the hot water worked, which was great. The room did not have a chair and desk, but I asked the staff and they brought one. At some point, Nita helped me arrange a laundry load. It was done overnight and cost 3 dollars, so it seems the laundry is outsourced to a nearby business. At night, the street can be a little loud, there are many bars, KTVs and nightclubs located here. But it did not bother me, I could sleep through it easily. Many of the bars have hordes of pretty women who, beginning at dusk, sit outside and come ask you to drink with them. They get your attention by shouting “hello”, “come here”, “handsome” and “bong” (mister) as you are walking by. In any event, this did not bother me, I never actually felt harassed and could come and go the hotel as I pleased. The description mentioned the room would have a minibar, but my room didn’t have one. Probably I could have asked for it, but I realized I didn’t need one. One morning, there was a visit by the police, they were checking visas and passports from all foreign hotel guests. This was unexpected, but it went smoothly. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would probably come here again. Not everything is perfect, but I give it 4.5 stars (4 stars for the price/quality/location plus an extra half-staff bonus for the staff, especially Nita).

The location is great, in a key spot in the city which makes it easy to get around and explore. There's an Aeon Mall right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to the Forbidden City. I'd give the location a 10/10. Taxi availability gets a 9/10. For safety, you need a key card to operate the elevator, so that's a 7/10. There was a strong smell of smoke, a 10/10 for smokiness. Cleanliness was a 7/10. Overall, the price was acceptable.

Excellent location with warm service. However, it isn’t an ideal hotel location for tourist location where situating near a bin or smth like landfill that with unlike smell. Additionally, the room was filled with ants everywhere. The hygiene condition definitely has room for improvement. In terms of faculties, the bathroom can’t provide hot water with stable temperatures, i can’t take a shower with hot water around 7ish. anyway, i still think the hotel quality is matched with the price though, not a bad choice for a short stay

The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean. Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby. Based short tuctuc ride from the airport. Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

I arrived at this hotel around 12 noon. The reception staff welcomed me kindly. There were a few other people waiting in the lobby at the same time. They told us that the rooms were not ready yet and that check-in time was at 2 PM. I said okay and started waiting, but since I thought it might take a while, I decided to go for a walk. I explored the nearby streets, went into a market, did some shopping, and spent some time outside. When I returned to the hotel around a little after 1 PM, I noticed that the people who had been waiting earlier were gone—so I assume their rooms had been given. The receptionist told me that my room was also ready. Then a staff member accompanied me to my room, which was on the 5th floor. The elevator in this hotel only goes up to the 4th floor, so you have to take the stairs up one more level to reach the 5th floor. The room itself was quite spacious. The Wi-Fi worked well without any issues. However, the TV did not seem to have smart features—there was no internet connection or anything like that. It was supposed to show regular channels, but due to poor antenna reception, it barely showed anything. The channels were full of static and not watchable, so the TV was essentially unusable. The air conditioner was working, but I think the gas might have been low, because the cooling was quite weak. Still, it was enough for me. There is a safe box in the room, but it seemed to have been locked previously and could only be used with a key. I couldn’t use it with a digital code. There is also a minibar with various drinks, but I didn’t use it. I only used the fridge to store items I bought myself. I think having a fridge is quite important in hot countries like this—it’s definitely useful. Hot water was available without any problems. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—it’s within walking distance to tourist areas and central entertainment spots. Other than that, I didn’t notice any particularly special features. The building itself is quite old, and I could see that it’s somewhat worn out. Still, it’s fine for a few days’ stay. But if you are expecting something luxurious, you should probably look for another hotel. For breakfast, there is a set menu. During my three-day stay, I had the same set menu every day. It was pretty standard, nothing special. There is also a restaurant at the entrance where you can order meals, but I didn’t try it—I only had breakfast there. That’s pretty much my experience. If you ask whether I would stay here again, I’d say it’s not bad, but you might be able to find a better place for the same price if you look around. The price was around the market average—not too expensive, not cheap either. Maybe you can find something better for the same price, but I’m not sure. These are my thoughts about the hotel. Have a great holiday everyone!
