The environment is okay, and the prices here are very cheap. You can eat downstairs. There is a snack street in the alley next to it. It is very lively at night and there is a vegetable market in the morning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations. The staff here truly stands out — they are exceptionally friendly, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. Their attentiveness and care really made a difference in my stay. The rooftop swimming pool is an absolute highlight! It offers breathtaking views and a serene environment to unwind. It's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. Breakfast is served à la carte, and although the options are somewhat limited, the quality is excellent. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious — a great way to start the day. Location-wise, this hotel is perfectly situated near the center of town, making it easy to explore the local attractions, shops, and restaurants. And once again, I can't emphasize enough how wonderful and caring the staff is — they truly make this hotel feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Haven Inn is a much surprises booking compared to all my previous stay. A budget and simple night lay over booking turns out to be an unknown hidden gems upon check in. All the rooms are thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities supplied (better than most budget hotels), instant water heater works well and with perfect temperature required, complimentary water bottles, some snacks, in-room slippers, fridge, writing table, side bed tables, friendly and personal service by owner of this Haven Inn. Lastly but not the least an homely stay with lots of warm and love. It is an highly Recommeded place for all travellers looking for a good bargain, value for money and a home away from home. The hotel is in a good place near Air port. The room was nice and clean with fast WiFI internet and nicely functioned AC and hot water.have larg car park for guest car parking with 24$ security service.The starf were welcome,frendly withine english, chines language communication.For the restaurant was really good for morning breakfast and have luch their also delicious and comfortable. I really like this moment, i will reservations and come back again onece time with friend recommendations.

Easily accessible from many place, located across Indian Embassy with many food option surrounding the place.

I expect to have a little more accuracy in line of communication. Where booking and checking time management more better. I had to wait 45 mins before the key arrive. The room is quite dusty and no extra water and drawer quite full of left over mess from different toiletory hotel stuff. I check with online response, about the cooking stove that's broken and not able to be used, and there is no more response to my message. I am writing this review to reflect on my experience here. As a houses owner and traveling all the time, I've always return to different places to experience different hospitality to make mine better. I am sad as this time I can't enjoy the stay as much as I used to in the same building that run by other. I hope Soben group will rearrange the property management to be little extra care. Thanks

Our stay, although very short, was not pleasant. The room, located on the first floor, was very dark as it faced directly onto the neighboring building, blocking out natural light. There was an unpleasant odor, both in the room and the bathroom, and no ventilation. This probably contributed to the presence of insects, particularly small cockroaches. As is common in Asia, the bathroom didn't have a shower tray, pan, or curtain, which meant the entire floor easily got wet. I also questioned the cleanliness of the fitted sheet, which had stains and a lot of men's hair on it. The guesthouse staff member came to change it, even quite late (after 10 PM), following my request. Despite using the air conditioning, the room quickly became hot again as soon as it was turned off. The windows didn't seem to lock properly, which didn't help in reducing outside noise. You could easily hear the street, so it's advisable to bring earplugs. The location is a real positive: the guesthouse is right next to the riverside, which is very convenient for walks, accessing restaurants, and enjoying the neighborhood.

Good Luck B&B is very close to the airport. Friends who want to have a good rest after getting off the plane can choose this hotel. The boss is very nice. I brought two extra-large luggages and I was afraid of trouble, so I planned to put the luggage in the lobby. The boss said that there were many people staying and people coming and going, so he helped me carry it to the third floor 👍👍👍 The boss's tea is also very delicious. I really slept well. After checking out the next day, the boss enthusiastically helped me get a taxi and kept emphasizing the price I needed to pay. It's really heartwarming to meet such a good person when you are away from home. Thank you very much🙏🙏🙏 I sincerely wish the boss's business to get better and better✊✊✊

Had an absolute blast staying here with my friends! The service was top-notch from start to finish, and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The amenities were excellent and had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
