Guest UserExceptional service and food choices. Absolutely delightful hospitality and interior design. Elevator operation is thoughtful and offers unqiue privacy. Dining quality is only matched by the brilliant city view at that elevation only to be found in Rosewood. For international traveller, it's value for money if we allow ourselvs to splurge a little.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The hotel boasts excellent facilities. Hands down, this hotel offers the best service in Phnom Penh, and its prime location is a big plus, especially for Western visitors.

Guest UserUndoubtedly a perfect score! 💯 This is a fantastic hotel with impeccable service, an excellent location, and absolutely stunning architecture.
I believe the hotel was built upon an existing old structure, and the style is simply breathtaking. Especially at night 🌃, it has a super cool vibe – my photos honestly don't do it justice. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and had everything perfectly arranged. When I arrived in the middle of the night and saw two other groups checking in, I knew I had made the right hotel choice.
The hotel is situated near the Royal Palace and close to the National Museum, placing it right in the heart of the main tourist area. Most attractions are within walking distance, making it the perfect choice for travelers.
I *must* mention the breakfast here; it's incredibly high quality, almost perfect. They truly understand guest needs and provide a high standard of options. A simple example is the yogurt: they don't offer generic supermarket products but instead provide homemade, unsweetened yogurt. To cater to different tastes, you have choices like plain, with passion fruit, or with diced mango. They emphasize fresh, high-quality ingredients, a comfortable and beautiful dining environment, a rich selection of low-sugar options, mild flavors, and attentive service. You definitely need to try it.
Special thanks to the front desk and the restaurant. Because we had to catch a very early flight, they specially prepared convenient packed meals for us upon request, which we picked up at the front desk at 5:30 AM. That was fantastic!
This is the best hotel choice in Phnom Penh.

Lovely place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff.
It’s a bit quiet around the area, but that’s actually what makes it perfect for a relaxing break with family or friends.

Guest UserI requested for the hotel pickup service, the driver was late and I waited for an hour for my ride. ONE HOUR. Communication was not good cuz the staff kept telling me the driver is parking, the driver will meet me yadayadayada when in fact he was simply just LATE. I could’ve taken the taxi but instead I waited an hour in the HEAT in a city that I have never been to. Safe to say I won’t stay with them ever again. They did void the charges to my ride but honestly I don’t see any other possible way.
Location: very close to the old airport but soooo far from the new Techo airport. To be fair, nothing is close to the new airport so I’ll give them that.
Cleanliness: ok
Placesto buy things: a supermarket and KFC and Starbucks nearby, not bad if you are not picky
Value for money: I did not look into other hotels but for its pricing I guess it’s ok? With acceptable amenities, very big bed, but lots of Chinese…

This is my 2nd time at the Sokha in Phnom Penh and both times were fantastic. I will stay again for sure. The rooms are incredible - clean - huge - high ceilings, great view. My friends and I referred to it as “the palace” the first time. It is so luxurious and a wonderful treat. The pool is clean and enormous. The workout room is clean, open with a nice view and has fantastic machines. The spa is lovely. They have several restaurants. I cannot resist the rooftop and only chose that one. Prices were reasonable for the value. The staff is so friendly. Senh at the front desk took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. It is on the “other” side of the river but you can cross on the car ferry for 25 cents (R1000)and are right in all the action on the other side. Sorry I forgot to take room photos but here is the pool and view from my room!

Overall, it was a very good stay. The only minor issues were the unclear route for food delivery pick-up, which caused some confusion, and the air conditioning was a little weak, but not a major problem. The bathroom was also a bit small. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, and the upstairs bar was a nice touch. All in all, I highly recommend this accommodation.

Good location with restaurants nearby. Got an upgrade of the room. Clean and spacious room. However, WIFI is abit unstable during stay. TV will need the hotel staff to guide you to use it, not user friendly. Gym is very well equipped and spacious.

Malik_ExplorerFirstly the hotel is like 20 mins ride from airport , but opposite side the bustling town. It’s just across from Mekong river. Mobility to reach hotel were hassle free. As a diamond member i was able to do early check in and had my welcome drink and cold towel at reception. We booked bassac suite and as per photo it has bathtub , however when we checked in to my surprise it’s not. I ring to FO to check about and I were instructed to pay $20/ night if want but tub. However they had discussed this with their senior management and come up with free upgrade to high ceiling 16th floor room. Not sure what it called but such a grand fabulous room with Mekong river view too. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming, English speaking, overall the price I paid for my stay was worth it. If I ever coming back Phnom Penh I choose this hotel.

Every time I visit Phnom Penh, I stay at this hotel. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful. The pool and gym are clean. The hotel staff are enthusiastic, and the parking security guards are amiable. The foot massage parlor on the first floor of the hotel is also really nice! Plus, there are so many mango trees in the garden outside. It's also very close to the Royal Palace, less than 200 units away.
