"Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to."

"Had a great stay here. Room was great, check in easy, breakfast good. Arrived in a rental which we had to return to the rental centre- hotel arranged for us to be picked up by lyft and were very helpful keeping us informed via whattsapp as we didnt have a us phone number. After checkout we had 6 hours to explore Phoenix/Tempe and they stored our bags for us. When we returned to collect our bags, they then aranged a Lyft to the airport. Fantastic service. Will definately stay here again next time we are in Phoenix. One more thing- if you are staying in Phonix check out the Hall of Flame fire fighting museum. Fantastic exhibits from all over the world throughout history but the most poignant must be FDNY Rescue truck 4 involved in 9/11 during whcih sadly all the crew perished in the line of duty."

Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip."

"This hotel wasn’t too busy while we were there. Very few guests but my guess that this had something to do with boycotts against travel to USA and chases at the airports. Pool area should have made towels for swimmers as there were none. Had to ask around to find out one had to go to front office to get one. No sign to prompt us to collect. This was only complaint we had."
