The hotel is conveniently across from the theatre. Great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of downtown Phoenix. They have satisfactory free breakfast in the morning. Valet is $40/day. Hotels room was nice and clean, staff were friendly.

Reception was not unfriendly but no “hello” A robot could say the room conditions.When I asked how I could earn Hyatt points she gave a huge yawn. Maybe just tired of their job

I was not told that the room is cleaned only every other day. Since I only stayed one night that meant that I did not get to experience a clean room when I came back from my conference (which is my favorite part of staying in a hotel).
For people staying 2 nights, they should make a point to clean it after that first night.

Stayed here for a conference. It was quiet, close to everything & had on-site dining as well as hot breakfast included. Clean, well appointed gym & comfy beds. Staff were very friendly & helpful.
