Elevator was broken near my room the entire time so I had to walk to the car outdoor elevator. It was a long walk and it was extremely hot. AC system also could not compete with the heat. I couldn't get my room under 74 degrees. Sweated all night. But the rooms were very nice and spacious and clean. I guess I'd recommend when it's not over 100 degrees.
The house prices are really not cheap. The townhouses and apartments in this area were bought casually at the price of 30,000 to 40,000 US dollars in 2008. So the relative land prices, the hotel is really profitable, and the hotel has a $ 39 resort fee. Ctrip is not included in the price. So be very careful when ordering, except for local tyrants. The hotel has a lot of ”pits”. I ordered a self-service restaurant at night, so no tip was given. After signing the order, the bank sent a text message. The price increased by 20 [%] Fortunately, the bank presided over justice. The place for breakfast was not labeled, but the ordinary Crossint and donuts in a supermarket each cost $ 4 for a total of $ 8. Fortunately only booked for one day
The early building was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Hilton's top brand, and it is a worthwhile visit~ First-class environment and enthusiastic service, Wright fans should not miss it! Valet parking is $65 (the car is parked in the open-air parking lot directly opposite the gate) / self-parking must be parked in the back parking lot, about $25 a night. The guy at the door was very frank, introduced both methods, and was decisive to avoid exposure to the sun. The front desk is warm and thoughtful, giving welcome water and a map, finding a room and turning it into a tour, interesting ~ Waldorf Astoria at night seems like a desert oasis isolated from the world, light overflows from the fabric of FLW, and many details can still be found at the beginning The clues... The most interesting thing is that it is said that all the presidents since Hoover have stayed here, but they didn't find Obama and Trump for a long time... ;)

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff
It was really nice to have a grocery store near by and if you’re up to take a decent walk to Target or Burlington when you forget to bring something then this is the place for you. The breakfast was okay (not the best). My room as clean so I had no complaints because I really inspect. The view from my room was bad but looking out my room from the entrance was great. Other than that, the staff was nice. Loved that they had shuttles to take you to and from the airport (which isn’t that far) so that was very convenient. Also, getting to the downtown of Phoenix or even Scottsdale area was really good because Ubers and Lyft’s were well priced.

翁翁怡臻Excellent environment, friendly and welcoming staff. Makes me want to stay again! Recommended to everyone! This will be my first choice when visiting Phoenix! At night, they picked me up at the 44th floor and took me to the hotel. The service was really great!
爱爱旅游爱生活checkedBreakfast is quite satisfactory and there is parking. The hotel is very cost-effective, the rooms are large and quiet. Interestingly, the closer the check-in time is, the cheaper the price will be.
PpigmibaoIt feels like a high-end express hotel, but the price is also expensive. Most of the people staying here are business people. The environment, services and facilities are very good, but the price is a bit expensive.
GGuest UserThe hotel did not give me a breakfast voucher when I checked in, even though my rate included breakfast. I had to ask for one in the morning when I discovered they charged for breakfast. When I checked out, they charged me for the room when I had already paid through Trip.com. I had to call them to get a credit processed. The rate they charged me was $132, but I paid Trip.com $162, so it wasn’t cheaper with Trip.com.
The breakfast was very good though, I had avocado toast.
GGuest UserI found this on my bed frame, it’s a metal over the bed mattress , I hitting it hurting my leg, but when I went to tell the front desk about it , they took care of it right away . The front desk is very very nice .

胡胡I forgot my bag in the room 107 when checked out in the early morning of Mar 07, 2019 and when I found out , it was already Mar 09, and I called the hotel immediately. the lady replied that they would check with housekeeping. When I arrived at the hotel half hour later, the reception asked me to talk with the duty ***ager. and the Gentle*** was so nice , and he lead me to the house keeping office and handed me the bag. It contains customer name cards and my ID cards, I am really very grateful. thanks to the hotel staff ! Thanks to the hotel
