Typical scammers!
I booked a 70 sq. m. room with a garden view on Trip.com. The payment was taken immediately, without the possibility of a refund. Upon arrival at the hotel, a skinny guy who acted as a receptionist, a porter, and a driver, shocked me by saying that I had booked some room in the basement of the hotel, between the car park and the laundry. While I was sorting things out with him, a family from Mongolia came up to me, who had booked a terrace on some floor in the same way. Also with children. After several hours of discussion, they were offered an option in an unfinished room for the full price. Later, it turned out that the same terrace was booked by a couple who had flown in from Hong Kong. Thus, having overpaid about 2-3 times the cost of standard rooms in this complex, I had to rent another place again.
In the evening, before leaving home, I decided to go to the hotel again and try to get my money back. As usual, the hotel lobby was empty. After waiting for about 30 minutes, a guy showed up. As soon as I started talking to him, a family of 5 people showed up to check into the hotel. Deciding that the people who had arrived were tired from the road, I decided to give them my turn to talk to the guy. Having started talking to the guy, the people who had arrived were surprised to learn that despite their reservation on ***********, there were no available rooms in the hotel. While the investigation was going on, a girl who had just checked into the hotel came into the lobby and said that there was someone else's hair and drool on her bed. In short, the evening suddenly stopped being languid...
I would like to tell you a little about Trip.com support. It is useless. No use. Just beautiful words of regret and that's it. In fact, they do not solve anything. Provided a bunch of video and photo materials testifying to the fraudulent actions of the hotel. No reaction! Only regrets that their partner does not want to return the money.
If my review helps at least one person avoid unpleasant situations with this hotel, that will be good.
