I had a great stay at the ***** Patong! The pool was definitely a standout for me—clean, spacious, and with a relaxed vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The views from the pool area were beautiful, and it was always well-maintained.
The hotel itself was comfortable and offered excellent value for money. My room was clean and cozy, with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring that I had everything I needed.
Overall, I enjoyed my time at the ***** Patong and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Patong with a great pool!

Walking distance to market area and Bangla street. Simple breakfast provided.
Room has countless mosquitos.

***** Patong is located strategically along the streets of Patong whereby everything is walking distance from the hotel.
Hotel's staff was very polite and professional throughout the stay. Even the housekeeping staff bumped into at the coridors were very warm with thier greetings.
The "Deluxe King Room City View" room was really good; spacious, clean washroom, nice facilities and amenities in the room along with a good selection of TV channels and YouTube on the TV as well.
Hotel has a great "infinity kind" swimming pool on the 2nd floor which is nice.
The breakfast buffet was bare minimum but alright for a hotel standard buffet. (would not recommend if not included in the room)
Laundry at the hotel is $70 bhat rather than $50 bhat from outside. (takes a day for your clothes to be ready)
All in all, a very good stay as its a just a straight walk towards Bangla Street and plenty of food, massage options along the hotel. The street to go towards the beach also is nearby the hotel (across) and parking is easy (if driving).

Near to bangla street,patong beach & easy to find tour to island.the hitel location only 5 minit to halal muslim food but don’t take tutu tut a bit expensive…rent the bike only 500baht for 3 days
Please find shop to go airport very cheaper only 700baht for 2 person
-bfast so so only 1/5
-cleanliness 3/5
-one more thing about hotel when u checkout NO AIRCOND but u can stay outside while waiting for leaving

While the hotel excels in location and customer service, there were a few drawbacks in the room. Cleanliness was okay, but a toothbrush wasn’t provided, and the shower had no glass partition, which made things a bit inconvenient. The amenities could use improvement to match the otherwise great experience.
