This is an excellent hotel in the area at a reasonable price. The staff are very attentive. The pool is amazing. The rooms are tastefully decorated. A gardener maintains the garden. Breakfasts are simple but good. You can rent a scooter for 250 baht per day, which is cheaper than rental companies and requires no deposit. We rented one and loved it. Nai Harn beach is a 5-minute scooter ride or a 20-minute walk away. There's also the excellent Yanui beach, a little further, which we recommend. Right next to the hotel, you'll find a 7/11, cafes, fruit stalls, and everything else you might need. Overall, it's a very decent hotel, a solid five stars. We recommend it!

This hotel is great, small, and cozy! It has a large (long) swimming pool. The rooms are clean, housekeeping is good, and the hotel grounds are well-maintained and green. The room has both a shower and a bathtub, which is very convenient. The breakfasts are decent, not a buffet, but a set menu. It's about a 20-minute walk to Nai Harn Beach, but the location itself is good with many shops and cafes nearby. It's better to take a motorbike/taxi to the beach, which is about a 5-6 minute ride by bike. The staff is very friendly, and you can rent a motorbike at the hotel for a price no more expensive than elsewhere. We were happy with everything at this hotel! We recommend it and will definitely be back ourselves!

Stay could have been better. I would not have booked had they mentioned that their immediate neighbors have full on construction going on. Manager is not guest-friendly when i complained they wanted to move me to a downgraded room with neighbors in front on top and to both sides of me when the deluxe room I booked had no neighbors. They did have villas away from all the noise which all but one remained empty throughout my week stay which they made me pay extra for. Zero compensation for the lack of sleep and disturbances construction created. Had to move Villas because the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night which again didnt let me sleep. Hard to communicate with staff since most are from Myanmar and understand little english and no thai 😁. Imagine that living in Thailand and not understanding Thai. Didn’t get much rest here. The good thing about it is the location next to Nai Harn gym in case you are here for fitness, also the price is decent for a “resort” that rates itself as a 3 star but is more like a 2 star. Anyway, trip.com was there for me throughout my troubled stay here. My stay would have been more frustrating had i booked here privately or through a different site. So thank you trip.com

The hotel is small but cozy. The breakfasts are delicious, and the staff is very attentive. They had some trouble connecting my laptop to the Wi-Fi, but they eventually got it working so I could do my work. The TV is ancient, and the soundproofing is non-existent; you'll know everything happening in the hallway without even opening your door. Across the street, there's a great cafe called Gagarin with Russian cuisine, and Nai Harn Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. It's beautiful in the evenings, with all the plants lit up and shimmering.

Attentive staff and a choice of set breakfasts. They offer umbrellas and a shuttle service to the beach. No noise.

Excellent value for money! It's a bit far to walk to the beach, and the beach itself is just so-so – crowded, like most places here. We rented a motorbike and explored all the beaches along the coast. On the downside: the breakfasts. The lack of variety is one thing, but they really weren't tasty at all.

I will definitely return to this hotel, it’s great value for money.. the pool is really nice and long so great for a good swim. The rooms are large and well laid out with a big comfortable bed and the bathroom has a shower and a separate bath.. refrigerator in the room, and lock up safe.. worth the extra to get a pool access room as it’s a nice start to the day and encourages the exercise more. Friendly staff, motorbike rental available at reception at competitive rates and a decent size car park.. felt very safe and quiet at night.. happy to recommend this place in the heart of Rawai

we had a nice stay! room-clean, comfortable for family of 4 member staff- friendly room service, cleaning - good around of the hotel- plenty of restaurants, convenience store, fruit selling and other shops

We booked a pool access room and it was amazing. Spacious and clean and comfortable. The pool was great, about 1.5m deep and longer than I expected. It was pretty private most of the time, especially at night. We found it quite romantic to swim under the stars or just sit and gaze upon the starry night sky together. The staffs were helpful and friendly. I randomly asked for a plastic bag to store my slippers and the lady spent some minutes looking for one and gave it to me. There were insects in the room though so you should probably prepare insect repellent or live with it. The room service and restaurant closes at 5pm but you can always just eat outside, there are loads of good restaurants (and a cat cafe!) within walking distance.

Not clean not changing bedings

I really liked the hotel. The location is great if you're on a bike. The room was beautiful, stylish, and spacious. I'd love to come back again.

Great location. Service. The room was nice, we stayed on the second floor, the bed was large, the mattress was medium-soft. The breakfasts were good, varied, and we were full. A locker or some shelves would be nice. For those who want peace and quiet. The pool is great. All the shops are nearby. There's a small night market. The market has a good currency exchange office. We ate at a good cafe called JEN behind the market. The waiter spoke Russian.
