The staff were friendly and smiling, and the hotel was very clean. The room was also spacious, which was great. If it were a bit closer to the city center, it would be absolutely perfect!!!

The staff are friendly. There's a 1000 baht deposit. The room was cleaned daily. It's close to the beach, and Bangla Road is within walking distance, though not super close.

It was an amazing experience to stay in Benetti house. Location is near patong beach and also airport bus station. Service is so good. Room is cleaner than I expected. Thanks to the hotel.

Great hotel in a quiet side street. Wonderful staff, you always felt cared for. Spacious room, high-quality air conditioning, balcony, daily cleaning and two bottles of water. We also took advantage of the airport transfer service. Thank you very much!

Very clean. The staff is very friendly. Everything is very old looking. The door makes a lot of noise. Not suitable for remote work.

I'd like to highlight the exceptionally high quality of service and accommodations. We chose this hotel on a whim because we had an urgent flight and needed a hotel for (!) 32 nights. We chose it based on its rating, location, and price (for 32 nights/2 people/approximately 22,000 baht). The hotel itself is located on a quiet side street at the southern end of Patong Beach, within walking distance of the beach, shops, and Malin Market. The entertainment street is about a 7-minute walk away. My friend and I were greeted by a very polite and friendly manager (who understands and speaks a little Russian) and offered a welcome drink. The room was very clean and cozy. The view of the wall was initially off-putting, but we later appreciated the complete isolation from all sounds. Since we only stayed overnight, this was a plus. I'd like to highlight the high quality of the daily cleaning. I witnessed it once. They move the beds back and thoroughly clean everything. They change linens (white, high-quality cotton) and towels daily. They provide beach towels. There's a free coffee/tea station and hot water on the ground floor. The room has a refrigerator and a TV with Russian channels, and water is replenished daily. Honestly, I've stayed at 5-star hotels around the world, and even there, the cleaning was worse than the Benetti. I've always stayed at another hotel on Patong Beach for 50% more, but now I'll definitely choose the Benetti in the future. It's truly a phenomenal value for money. I definitely recommend it. I wish the staff and the hotel prosperity and well-being. 10/10.

Great hotel, we will definitely return to this hotel, clean, large rooms, convenient location for us, quiet place, fresh air conditioning, free tea and coffee with cookies at the reception!!! Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of the room, but it was excellent!

Three of us went with classmates, initially expecting that someone would sleep together, in the end, without any extra charges, they gave us a room with three single beds. In general, very good hosts and really spacious rooms, excellent service, the only nuance is that you will have to walk to the Bangla and the shopping center, especially at night through the outposts of massage shops, but this is not a minus but rather a fun quest. All three of us were very pleased with the room, I advise you to consider this option.

Very kind staff. The room came with a balcony overlooking the wall, the window also overlooking the wall. A bit far from the center of Patong.

This hotel makes people feel warm and safe. There is a frangipani at the door, which is fragrant and beautiful. Every place is clean. The receptionist is gentle and enthusiastic, and will carefully consider the needs of the guests. The room is large, clean, tidy and quiet. And ** is prohibited here, so there is no bad smell. It is close to Patong Beach. There is a 7-11 and a pharmacy 100 meters away. There is a night market nearby, and the bus station is also very close. Everything is very convenient. In the end, we took a group photo together. It was great. The front desk guy did not accept the tip we gave, but gave the tip to the cleaning lady because he thought the cleaning lady worked harder~
