房間衞生很好，全屋智能化，下午茶也很現代咖啡，果汁，尤其是接站的服務很好，車是七座騰勢，孩子很開心，出門就是沙灘！

旁邊就是沙灘，但是設施看着網紅，但是沒有很好的維護，基本都綉了或者臟的很。前台小姐姐也會幫忙提行李上樓，也會幫忙挪開電瓶車開路。早餐是美中不足的地方，量太少了根本不夠吃，也不算好吃。窗外的高壓線挺礙風景的。床品舒服，電視也可以選一些節目，但是投屏隔離沒做好，被其他人投到我們電視了，這點不好，而且前台也沒法解決這個問題，導致晚上的快樂受到了影響。

酒店靠近海邊（來了平潭才知道，平潭無數酒店靠海邊），但這個海一股海腥味。所謂的網紅泳池，來了兩天沒看到人在裏面游泳，也沒見換水，池中肉眼可見蟲子。
我訂的庭院園景房，卻沒有庭院，我想知道為什麼，這算不算欺騙消費者？？？我就想要個户外晾衣服，或者家屬户外抽個煙，結果標明的庭院房卻沒有庭院！！！！
莫名其妙把我換到2樓，2樓連個電梯都沒有，要把重重的箱子和其它行李提上樓。啥年代了，這個價格，還得手動搬行李走樓梯！！！這麼多年第一次遇到這種情況。
莫名其妙給我換的2樓那個房間所謂的陽台連衣服都晾不了，就是把房間隔了一下，沒法與外界想通，而且巨小，要是人胖點都擠不過去。難道因為我去的晚，所以就得給我換到2樓？？
晚上快十點到，自己找了半天才找到，也沒人提前聯繫我或是幫忙開個空調，完全沒有評論區所謂的熱情服務，跟之前在別的民宿比差遠了。
還有這個地方距離市區挺遠的，吃飯不方便，孩子想吃個麥當勞都得十多公里，來回二十多公里。
第一天太累了懶得換酒店，結果第二天晚上九點多孩子睡著了被外面放炮的吵醒。一般我到一個地方都會一直住同一個酒店，這次真是忍不了，第三天果斷換地了。

酒店位置很好，位於平潭島各景點的中間位置，進出方便，相比其他景區住宿，這裏相對安靜。酒店房間視線很好，雖然沒有直接對海，但視野不受影響，且減少沙灘的嘈雜，總之，下次還會再來👍
