Pingtung Hengchun Town Hotels

Overall our stay was great! This was our first time in Taiwan Kenting, we were looking for somewhere easy to go from Macau with nice holiday beach feel.  We used to go to Thailand but we wanted a change this time. Location wise it’s very convenient 2 mins walk to the night market where you have tons of food options, street stalls or restaurants wise. You have couples of 7 elevens, family mart, watsons all you need in case you forget to pack something.  There’s bus station “xiaowan” very convenient for sightseeing if you don’t rent a car. Pretty on time and big coaches very comfortable with AC. In terms of amenities, we thought the hotel could have more beach amenities, beach bar or restaurants would add a huge value for the hotel. Many families would stay all day by the beach if they have bar/restaurant. It was a shame its was closed… Also the sun lounges could be a bit more comfortable simply just add a thin cushions on top. And again would be great to have a bar for quick bite by the pool. Our room was the ground floor ones with Jacuzzi, it was a lovely touch since they don’t have bathtub in the bathroom. The little garden is a great touch for morning meditation. :) We also did a nighttime activity with the hotel by the beach to hunt crabs. It was a great activity and the staff did a great job explaining and helping out. Food wise, we had breakfast buffet in all 5 days, it was a big selection of food but not much variety. We had a lunch by lobby bar… but was not up to our taste unfortunately. There is much better options outside or hotel. Oh and they did a little decoration since it was my bday and offered a cheesecake to the room by a robot :). All in all it was a great experience hopefully they will step up the pool and beach area.

The room is quite big, the living room has a big sofa, the service is very good, we have more people, not enough hangers, and the homestay reflects, immediately sent us hangers, breakfast is not heavy, the parking area is large. But the pool is not big, the water level is about to the calf, you can take pictures and children to play in the water, swimming is not allowed. And people who are afraid of small insects may have to think carefully, and their friends who are afraid of small insects are scared every day. The overall is very good, because it is a single-family, so when playing with friends, I am not afraid of noisy others.

All facilities and equipment are good. The housekeeping is also clean. The location is good. The only thing is that the breakfast is a bit weak. I will stay again if I have a chance. The price for consecutive holidays is a bit expensive, but it is reasonable. It’s just that the price for children aged 6 is a bit high. It is recommended to stay on weekdays.

Clean and tidy, overall a good accommodation experience. But the sound insulation is not very good, the location is not very easy to find in the alley, do not use the map navigation of the trip, will be taken to a very strange place 😂 directly on the google map to search for the hotel name navigation is accurate.

The B&B has been in operation for more than three years. After renovation during the epidemic, the environment is elegant, clean and comfortable, and the design style can be seen everywhere. The high-ceilinged hall has natural lighting, which is no less than a hotel reception hall. It is an internet beauty-level B&B. Every corner is easy to take pictures. The spacious room has all the furnishings, and the bathroom space allows people to completely relax. The best thing is that the outdoor balcony faces Santai Mountain and enjoys the natural beauty. There are water dispensers on each floor. Breakfast is cooperated with outside merchants. You can redeem it with coupons or Add points. Whether you are heading to the old street or traditional market, or making a pilgrimage to ”Ajia's Home”, ”Bobo Kitchen”, or ”Stone Mountain”, delicious snacks and desserts are only a few minutes away. Make full use of the convenient location next to the transfer station.

Would really recommend this hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room itself was incredibly spacious, had a good working airconditioner, and a nice fridge. The only downside with the bathroom is that the water doesn’t drain very fast, so the water often floods the whole bathroom. The breakfast was also very good and the swimming pool was quite nice. Overall, would recommend this stay!
