"Nice hotel with free parking, grass and concrete beach area & big pool. Great breakfast though packed up bang on 10! 45 min walk along the coast to Piran, buses every 30 mins from nearby bus stop. Ridiculous sunbed rental policy - for the price you’d expect these to be available tp hotel guests!"

"Everything was fine. The 3-star rooms are located at the back of the hotel, facing the street. We didn't notice any significant noise, though. The water temperature in the indoor pool was around 29°C. The food was generally good, with a wide selection."

"Exquisite hotel with marvelous Spa and huge fantastic indoor pool, serves delicious food and has spacious rooms. Experienced courteous personnel who even made the effort to prepare for my friends (who were arriving late at night and would miss dinner) some cold platter, how thoughtful! The convenience of having your car parked by the valet and retrieved from the garage is one fine service. Altogether, nothing to complain about... merely praises... KUDOS!"

"Be careful, the parking that used to be free for spa guests is now paid, they charge 3 euros per hour and in my opinion it's a rip-off, for about six hours of stay we paid a whopping 18 euros, after leaving 88 euros for entrances, only in Portofino have we paid such an expensive parking. We certainly won't set foot in there again!"

"I am writing this review from Room 41 at approximately 11PM on September 8, 2026, while we are still staying here. Our room is on the top floor, requiring us to climb four flights of stairs. Unfortunately, the biggest problem is the temperature. Starting around 4 PM, the room became unbearably hot and remained that way throughout the evening. It felt like being inside an oven. I went downstairs and asked the front desk if the thermostat could be adjusted. I was told that the thermostat could not be unlocked to lower the temperature, but that the room would become cooler. It did not. I then went back down the four flights of stairs and asked whether we could change rooms or have a portable fan. About 20 minutes later, the staff member came to our room and told us that the hotel had only one fan — and that fan was broken. We had to take cold showers simply to cool ourselves down. Unfortunately, as soon as the shower was over, we were immediately sweating again. At 11 PM, the room was still extremely hot. The room also has no proper chair and no desk or suitable table for a laptop, which makes it difficult even to sit comfortably or work. We stay in more than 50 hotels every year throughout Europe and Southeast Asia, ranging from budget properties to luxury hotels. This is one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. What is particularly disappointing is that we did not simply encounter a problem — we reported the problem and there was no workable solution offered. We could not lower the temperature, we could not get a working fan, and we were not offered another room. I strongly recommend that travelers staying in Piran consider other accommodations before booking this property, particularly if you are assigned a top-floor room."
