Really nice hotel with great rooms, nice and helpful staff and soft sunbeds. Also a great poolbar. Location near the beach and quiet we also loved. We had a really great stay there. Only reason we dont rate 5 stars Is the breakfast with Is below the hotel standard and not worth the money. The eggs were cold, the yoghurt was not. The "juice" was som awful concentrate that everyone just tried once. The veggies were dried out and the cheese was like rubber. We loved the hotel, but if we visit again it will be without the breakfast.

Great little hotel. Spotlessly clean. Lovely good quality bed linen comfortable beds. Friendly staff, very welcoming.. breakfast was very fresh and a large selection. Rooms are very well equipped with smart controls on the wall. Good hairdryer too. Really a lovely place with welcoming staff and a great little bar by the pool.

22/06/2025 room 210 Was greeted with the warmest of welcome. Rooms very modern and clean Breakfast was fun with the staff, limited hot food which suited us, fresh fruit, yogurt and an arrangement of pastries. Perfect!. Over the road is the beach, free sun beds when you purchase a drink. Walk into the old town is a flat 20 minute stroll with bars and restaurants along the way. Because of the heat we paid a 7euro taxi there, and walked home, obviously trying all the bars on the way home 🥂 Are we returning, absolutely. Wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you

Stayed here for a week early June, hotel was clean & rooms a good size. Staff genralky friendly, especially the bar staff. Great location, close to small supermarket & Yalla! A brilliant places for breakfast, lunch or just a cold drink, also offer free loungers with great service on beach. A must try!!

Amazing stay bed very comfortable and pillows very clean and staff friendly cleaned every day and bed changed if required , small kitchen with microwave and fridge lovely shower room with large rain shower and you can put loo roll down the toilet whereas in some places you can’t. Beach short walk and supermarket next door Fantastic gyros restaurant a few minutes walk I got one every night to take away. I travel solo a lot and I would give this hotel 5 stars

Trouble connecting with staff - heating/air not working, kitchen sink leaking. Emails/texts on ******* and WhatsApp not returned. Beautiful room though and premises - modern with all you need - breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of variety. Was there off season just as the area is readying for Spring. Will conclude that the communication issues were due to the early season timing.

Nearly no parkingspace Although it is written parking is possible there was only a regret that the parkingspace is full. There were one or two places at the pedestrianway in front of the hotel, but because of many apartments it is nearly not possible to park there. Also around very difficult. I had to walk 5 minutes and had there no regular parkingspace. Yes, it was Karneval, but I sure sommertime is the same problem.

Excellent hotel. I travelled alone at the end of the season, the staff couldn't be more helpful. The receptionist nita was very helpful. I had lots of excursions so only paid for breakfast and I only ate there a few times because I left so early for excursions. I had a kitchen and was self catering. The room was always cleaned and the bathroom too. I would be happy to return again, the location was good. There are shops nearby including a supermarket next door and a decent bakery across the road. I had a pleasant quiet stay and hardly anyone was in the hotel which made it better. My tip, If you want to see spinalonga island you won't have excursions from this hotel so make sure you book a different hotel closer to that area.
