Great hotel, staff were brilliant, breakfast was good, bar snacks (more like a meal than a snack) were exceptional. Room was large with a very nice bathroom with walk in shower. Hotel is right on the lovely beach which was sandy but stony at water edge for a few meters into the sea. Tsilivi is a lovely small town with plenty of good restaurants and mainly tourist type shops. Only a 10minute taxi ride (€15) to Zakynthos town for sightseeing and shopping. very relaxing and peaceful place to stay, we would highly recommend both hotel and resort.

Clean rooms / rooms very spacious for 2 people Fresh towels every day Hot water all of the day / night shower was very powerful Good breakfast Plenty of sunbeds / around pool & beach. Staff very friendly / reception area spotless Bar area looking on to beach beautiful scenery definitely would return.

Stayed with a group of girl friends in October. Check in was very quick and friendly. Six of us had three rooms, 2 on lower floor with terrace and a double family room on the 2nd floor. All rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean with great bathrooms and small balcony or terrace. The beds were comfortable and we had clean towels and bed linen daily, the room maid was fabulous. Air con was charged but the room safe was free. There is a small pool with sun beds and lovely seating area with pool bar leading onto the beach and right into the sea which was lovely. Food is available from the pool bar and a range of cocktails and drinks. Breakfast was good with a range of hot and cold food. The location of the hotel is fabulous with a few minutes walk to a range of tavernas, shops and bars. Sun beds are free around the pool but they are charged on the grass verge and on the beach. drinks at the bar where a bit expensive but there are lovely views from the terraces over the beach and the sea. Would recommend this hotel for a budget break mainly due to its location and cleanliness, we all enjoyed our stay here and the staff are lovely.

My friends and I have stayed at Phoenix beach for the 2nd year in a row, and the hotel is considerably exceptional. The staff are all friendly, no matter if they're behind the bar, the reception, or cleaning the rooms. The bar offers a number of quality cocktails, soft drinks, and hot drinks– a number of which I had to try and wasn't once disappointed. The proximity to the beach is such a bonus too. Only a few steps and you're on the sand, but there is still a lovely pool if the sea is too much. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the cleaning staff are so polite. They sure know how to make a bed 😂. Phoenix beach is only a short walk away from some incredibly restaurants and bars, such as Avli, Tom and Johns, and Paradise Bar. Could not recommend this hotel enough if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Tsilivi.

Fabulous hotel, right on the beach. It has comfy beds and the breakfasts are lovely. The rooms are cleaned daily. The pool and bar areas are so beautiful with palm trees, music, cocktails and food. Would definitely stay here again as the location is also perfect. Lots of comments re the autistic boy (previous reviews)... Shame, really. Guess you can never please everyone! As far as I know, the family were not actually told to leave the hotel and the whole episode appears to have been blown out of proportion. Maybe a customer complained about the lad, but the Manager didn't want to disclose that fact. Who knows??

Honest review. Location is absolutely perfect, you are literally located on the beach.. We have visited Tsilivi many times are other various hotels but we have never been so disappointed with the hospitality at the Pheonix Beach Hotel. The Greeks are usually so friendly and welcoming, it was quite strange in that respect. The hotel staff do not acknowledge you at any time. No smiles, mute. The male bar staff are so completely ignorant, it takes some believing. The two female bar staff are a little better. The room is modern and clean and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The breakfast is very basic and does not change in the slightest. Needless to say, we will not return. Tsilivi has so many hotels to choose from and they are so much nicer..:-) choose wisely.. The Pheonix Beach was far from the cheapest :-(

This hotel is NOT inclusive to all! Currently sat here as a lovely family are thrown out and sent to a different hotel due to a young member of their family having special needs. The young boy, is not causing any harm or bother to anyone, but has a tick causing him to make some noise. Unfortunately the hotel see this as an inconvenience to other guests and have removed them. Absolute disgrace! Will not be returning to this establishment!

The beach Club was the best! Coolest staff, good drinks and nice sunbeds. The best beach Club in Zakyntos if you are looking for service at the beds and som beach club vibes. The also have really good food!! Recomend to try the Paloma drink WITH the homemade salt (rim)!
