"Anetis beach is a wonderful small and friendly beach hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was available throughout our stay. We stayed in a standard room on the first floor, which had three single beds and was very spacious, clean, kettle, fridge, great sized bathroom with full bath/over shower and a lovely view of the blue sea. Air con was included and was fantastic given the hot temperature outside. The apartments are in a very central location, close to everything. Attached to the hotel is the Life Time beach bar, with free sunbeds on the garden from the third row in, for paying hotel guests. They had big umbrellas and very close to the sea. The staff at the beach bar were also so friendly and welcoming. We ate breakfast every morning and can well recommend the Zakynthian breakfast for €9.50. Was delicious. The sea on Tsvilivi beach has to be one of the best in Greece. Clear water, soft sand, safe for children and was so warm it was like being in a bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, would most definitely return, recommend and cannot thank Denis and his staff enough, for making our stay such a pleasurable and memorable one!"

"We are a family of two adults and three children. We stayed in two double rooms, one of which had an extra bed. The rooms were very fresh, clean and comfortable, and we had a balcony. When it was time to go home, we paid €20 for another room for one hour so that we could shower, as our flight was in the evening. Unfortunately, this room was not good at all! So I think the condition of the rooms probably varies. The pool area was great. The main pool gets deeper and deeper, which we really liked because the whole family could swim at the same time — for example, someone could be in the deeper part while someone else stayed in the shallow end. You could also sit in the pool and “sunbathe.” There was a small children’s pool, a jacuzzi and another pool overlooking the sea. Very nice. You can rent towels for €10 each and get your money back when you return them. However, if you leave your towel before 9:00 a.m., the staff will remove it and you will lose your deposit. We saw this happen at 8:50. On one occasion, another hotel guest even took our sunbeds and said there were no towels on them (even though there were). Luckily, he left when we pointed this out! 🤨 One thing worth mentioning is that the music around the pool was quite loud at times, which could be a little disturbing, especially if you were looking for a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. 🎶 The restaurant was nice, with a comfortable noise level, and for the most part it was pleasantly cool, except near the windows. The salad buffet was fantastic, and overall the food was good and varied. For a buffet, I was very satisfied! The desserts were delicious. The drinks were not very good, neither the soft drinks nor the “cocktails,” which were basically just spirits and soda. The snack bar was a little boring, but food was constantly being replenished, such as pizza, melon, sandwiches, fries, ice cream, some pastries and a few snacks. The location was fantastic because it was very close to the beach. The beach itself is narrow, but the sea is beautiful, with warm, clear water and a shallow shoreline. There are also water sports available. A sea turtle had laid eggs nearby, so we were lucky enough to see lots of tiny baby turtles. 🐢 You can walk along the beach towards the streets, which are full of restaurants and shops. There is a huge variety to choose from. There is also an arcade with inflatable bouncy attractions nearby, as well as a fantastic mini-golf course. There are also lots of excursions available to book along the streets, and these are cheaper than booking them online! Overall, we had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that could have been better, but all in all, we were very happy with our experience"

"We had a lovely holiday at the Plaza Pallas hotel in Tsilivi. We have stayed there several times in the past and the hotel and rooms have been modernised to a high standard. The staff are wonderful and can't do enough to make the holiday enjoyable."

"Fantastic stay at the Karras Grande Tsilivi, we have had the best week, the hotel is spotless and the rooms are cleaned daily and left immaculate. the cleaning staff deserve a medal. The food was good exactly as you would expect from a hotel with this rating, certainly no complaints from us on that front. Ideally situated for access to local amenities, bars, restaurants & less than ten minutes to the beach. The pool areas are great, and the staff at the pool bars are brilliant with special mentions to the barmen Marinos and Tommy, they work tirelessly to make sure you are well hydrated, nothing was too much trouble for them, they were a credit to the hotel. They definitely made us feel welcome and we plan to return next year. To sum up I would definitely recommend this hotel."
