We have travelled on four all inclusive holidays in the last twelve months with Jet2 so this is an honest review. The hotel is in a great location, it has 3 pools, the food in the restaurant is good with lots of choice, drinks of wine, beer ,soft drinks and hot drinks are self service in the restaurant. We ate in the a la carte restaurant which was a four course meal with waiter service drinks and it was good. Snacks are poor only choice is hot dog, burger or pizza no chips. There is entertainment every evening but we chose to go out. Greek night was good, with dancing and singing. The hotel is generally clean, but does need some maintenance. The spa area was partially flooded with brown water and the walls are mouldy. Some of the rooms have not been refurbished and are poor, we were given room 113, there was a massive hole in the ceiling outside the room and the furnishings, including the headboard were peeling. After complaining we were moved to room 306 which was a lovely modern family room overlooking the pool. The safe is free, tourist tax for 2 adults was 21 euro. We had a night flight and asked to keep our room on for 5 hours and we’re told it was 70 euro, only showers available was the mouldy spa, luckily we used another guests room to shower. The weather was red hot, we had a lovely holiday but we would not return to this hotel again.

Stayed here for one week with my wife and teenage daughters. We honestly couldn't fault this holiday. Hotel was modern and clean, daily maid service and well air conditioned rooms. Food was beautiful and was never stuck for choice on what to eat. Teenagers grumbled a bit, but they're fussy and only eat beige food! All inclusive drinks were great especially the cocktails with very good measures! Evening entertainment wasn't great but you make the most of it. Greek Night was brilliant and enjoyed seeing traditions. ALL staff were amazing, friendly, polite and so hard working throughout the week.

This hotel could really be fantastic BUT the food was absolutely VILE!! I am not fussy at all but no way I could eat the unlabelled slop they served daily. We ended up having to eat out as just couldn’t even stomach trying what they served. We have been on a lot of all inc holidays and this is by far the worst food we have ever encountered. The hotel itself was fine and no real issues, nice and clean and staff all friendly! Pool bar man appeared to serve drinks to anyone regardless of age and the less material on your bikini the better drinks you was served or delivered to your sun bed! Non of the pools have a lifeguard and entertainment is very minimal so we just went out on an evening! Lovely location and close to beach and bars just the food is a massive let down and really such a shame.

Booked this hotel through jet2 paid £2200 all-inclusive the hotel is a nightmare we had a family room where do I start the food was disgusting for all-inclusive microwaved pizza hotdogs and mini burgers for snacks all day no fries for children I would not feed that food to my dogs the drinks where warm in the restaurant with no ice available we had a family room that was not what we booked through jet2 it was a totally different room we had room 202 squeeking bunk beds live wires hanging from the hair dryer and mirror in bathroom which was dangerous also live wires hanging from the wardrobe we asked to move rooms as it was dangerous for our son only to be offered the room next door that was in the same state the air conditioning took about 4 hours to cool the room down the pools where banging with music every day so not very relaxing and entertainment was practically non exsistent all in all I would not rate this hotel 1 star take my advice and stay away from this hotel

Surprised at the negative comments about the food. We holiday a lot and have found the food and service really good. The moussaka is one of the best I have had. Drinks are a bit weak at the bars but just as well given the bar is open 10.00 until 23.00…I would recommend that they change one of the 3 pools to a quiet pool, the music was loud, constant and repetitive at both pools. The main pool would be better as the kids pool and the kids pool as a quiet pool. Location good and our room got sun all afternoon. We went out a couple of days to get away from the music and for a change of scene. You can walk to Zante town or in the other direction to different beaches. The hotel will provide a packed lunch if you book the day before. Some people just stay by the pool all day, it suits your preferences. We could not get a table at the a la carte so can’t comment. Special mention to the lady who checked us in. We arrived late and she helped us to our room and made sure we were checked in so we could get a drink before the bar closed. Overall nice hotel with great staff.

We were there for a week in September, im not one to moan unless its justified but we were very disappointed to say the least. On the plus side the hotel was spotless and in a decent location, apart from the cleaner's and reception staff i thought the other staff were quite miserable, in particular one of the barman. The food if that's what you call it was absolutely shocking!! Literally luke warm at best and poor quality, tried to cut into a chicken kiev one day which was impossible, a hacksaw would of been very handy!! I could go on about the restaurant food but I'll move on to the snackbar instead, OMG it was terrible!! At one bar you had a choice of either a hotdog, burger or pizza, all were tiny and dry, the hotdog had been cut in half and made to do two hotdogs, the other's on offer were no better, another bar you could get a cheese and ham sandwich which i think the barman had been sat on, by far the worst all inclusive iv ever been too!! The drinks were ok, hardly spent anytime in the hotel though to be honest. Outside the restaurant was a book where people could leave reviews of the food/restaurant, funny alot of the writing was the same, i personally think the restaurant staff wrote most of the reviews? We did however find some good bars in the area which was a godsend as the entertainment pretty much matched the food!!

Had read previous reviews and were not expecting much. However, were surprised. If you want four star food, room, etc. This is not the hotel for you. If, like us you book a three star on a late deal you Get what you paid for. Our room was clean with refurbished shower room. Staff helpful and pleasant. Three good pools. Good choice of food, entertainment basic did have a good singer one night and a Greek night, this was end of season so not too bad. Overall were happy And felt we got our monies worth. Should return again.

honest review . we arrived at around 9 pm and were given a room at the front of the hotel, the room was awful, broken fridge, noisy aircon, twin bed (despite us being a couple) the room was above the pool on the first floor, i complained and to be fair was relocated to another room at the back of the hotel with a pool view. the hotel looks as though it has been half refurbished so the back of the hotel is lovely, the room we were given was really nice, clean and modern. We went All inclusive because the deal we got was quite cheap so though well at least we'll have the option of a few meals in the hotel and drinks if we want them, the restaurant is small and functional, however the food was pretty disgusting and we aren't pick eaters so we ate out most nights, just using the hotel for salad and fruit at lunch time. The hotel is fairly central to the main ***** in Planos but a good 10-15 minute walk away from the main nightlife in Tsilivi. Alexander beach is a short walk and is absolutely perfect. overall we had a lovely holiday, hired a quad for 50 euro for the day which got us round the island which was amazing. The hotel with a few tweaks could be really good and maybe if your gonna refurb a hotel either at least a. finish it or b. start at the front. Entertainment was pretty poor apart from 1 greek night which was good, other than that a young kid sits round a pool playing bingo and spinning some music with a bit of eclectic weird solo dancing ( a cross between Michael jackson and Justin Timberlake) weird but funny to watch. overall not bad but if your considering all inclusive and your on a budget i would strongly recommend paying a bit extra and staying elsewhere, luckily we weren't too fussed about the food and ate out at some of the lovely restaurants in the area. basic hotel with basic facilities but a good base at a cheap price as it was our second holiday this year ... ps the reception staff are lovely, the rest are miserable as sin (i kind of don't blame the staff for this one though) i suspect the hotel chain treats them pretty badly and they look totally fed up
