Hi Not sure why no reviews since last year. We stayed in August, a family of 4. To be fare, its ok. We got there at about 11pm. Lady appeared with the room key. (deluxe suite) cos we are posh. Not. Anyway. the rooms were very big, a bit to big. Main room no TV which we like to watch chilling after a day in the sun exploring before our evening meal. The balconies were a bit weird. Both having AC blowing hot air on you as you chilled out. So turned AC off. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony, that did not work most of the holiday, but who needs a jacuzzi in Greece. The rooms were very clean, and done every other day. What I can say is the bar is open 9am till 9pm Maned by the lovely Miss Lola, who defiantly earns her money, receptionist, chef and bar lady. Big thanks to her for making our stay that much better. All in all ok. Just okj. Tsilivi the town is fab. Lots going on and some great places to eat. Planet pub and That bar being our favorites. Matt

This place is also known as Coco Palm Beach villas, so don’t let that fool you. There was nobody here when we arrived and a guy on the bar was able to get a key to us. The bar and the apartments are no longer under the same ownership as they were recently sold off separately. They seem to be selling the apartments again as we were greeted to a notice about how the place could be ours if we contacted the seller’s agent. We had paid for breakfast in advance through *********** but we have never had breakfast. A couple of people we spoke to said the chef had gone off sick but we don’t know what has happened to him, he may have left to get another job. Even the local representative who came to see us two days later didn’t know what had happened. The bar was only open on the day we arrived and since then the chap has been off sick or has left. So, no food, no snacks and no drinks are available. The room service is very poor. We only found out from a cleaner who speaks little English that the rooms are only cleaned every other day. You cannot get any more toilet paper or shower gel so you have to buy your own. That’s as well as going out to buy your breakfast. The apartment is very tired looking and the kitchen needs ripping out and replacing. The bedroom and bed are ok but there is always a foul smell from the bathroom. The furniture on the patio also needs replacing, one of the chairs is broken and the cushions are disgusting. You would not want to sit on them with light coloured trousers for sure. We found the cleaners to be quite rude and after chasing the local agent up they didn’t turn until 5pm so we couldn’t have a shower and then the cleaner said they didn’t have a key which we found very odd. We didn’t get the Wi-Fi code until the third day so had to use our mobile data. We have found *********** impossible to get hold of to complain to and have still not heard about our breakfast or refund for it. The ratings seemed good when we booked it last year but things have gone badly wrong somewhere along the line.

Stayed for 9 nights and had a fabulous holiday. First time visiting Greece and would return to this area without a doubt. Christy’s is lovely and Kostas is great, but the complex is dead. No music (not even background music) , on site bar permanently closed. Great location if you just want to use the place to sleep and eat breakfast. The site was also up for sale which we wasn’t aware of!

We had a fabulous holiday in Tsilivi this summer, staying in Christy's Beach Villas. They are conveniently located within 2 minutes walk of the beach and 5 minutes walk of the main *****. Despite this, the location was quiet and peaceful. The apartments/villas are set in private, well maintained grounds and have a lovely swimming pool where sunbeds are not reserved - there's no need as there are always some available. There's a private car park within the complex. Breakfast was provided within the price and laid on tables next to the pool area. It was of a decent standard with bread, cereals, yoghurt, jam, honey, tea, coffee and juice. The bedrooms had been refurbished to a good standard however we felt that the kitchen and bathroom were tired. The rooms were serviced each day by two hard working members of staff. Our main reason for writing this review is to advise that the Pool Bar (previously serving drinks and snacks) is permanently closed and that the property is currently advertised for sale. We had not been advised of either of these facts in advance.

Stayed 2 weeks this July in one of the villas. It’s a gem of a place, perfectly located near the beach, restaurants and all amenities whilst retaining a tranquil atmosphere. Kosta the owner is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and he really makes this place welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend this place is you wish to see the beautiful island of Zakinthos
