Super nice and comfortable hotel . Not far from airport, like 7 min by car , and 25 min by bus . Amazing breakfast with a lot off variety of food and beverages. Nice sea side with clean beach ,many restaurants around . For sure gonna back there )

It's pretty good. The beach is just a few steps away in front of the hotel. It's very cost-effective in the peak season. Free parking is available on the small street next to it, which is also quite convenient.

In general, well, we have been there for a weekend in winter and perhaps (and it is understandable) not everything is set for when it is cold. We were cold in the room but they quickly helped us and brought us a heater and then a blanket. One negative point is that perhaps the rooms need to be maintained better so that unwanted insects do not filter in🙄
Great staff, we arrived at 10am and we already had our room ready (since check-in is later). They invited us to have breakfast the first day, and I emphasize this point since breakfast is Brutal. For all tastes, if you are vegan or vegetarian there is a wide variety of fruits, cheeses, there are cooks to have a warm tortilla and waiters serving you all the coffee you need.
It is a hotel, perhaps because of the time, for older and German people, which was not a problem at all for us.
The environment was perhaps a bit desolate since almost everything was closed and to go to the center we had to take a 25-minute bus but except for that, everything was great.
We spent many hours in the Spa and the truth is that it was great.
They have a very cute bar and great bartenders.

We had a fabulous return visit again to The Acapulco Playa .. we stayed for 2 1/2 weeks over christmas.. which was delightful The staff go above & beyond to make your stay so special .. everywhere is clean & fresh the rooms are not huge but have everything we need .. we always sleep so well at the hotel & the food is excellent , so much choice and beautifully prepared & presented. The house keeping team are always helpful & friendly . Thank you to Sebastian & Jose plus ALL the staff for making our trip to Mallorca so memorable. Looking forward to returning !

Amazing hotel, full of Joy and happiness. All staff are amazingly friendly and always helpfull on any matter. Hotel is beautiful, higly clean. Rooms are great, confortable, clean and well organize. Beautiful view and very best of beach, walking Path and a lot of convinient stores. This is just a small introduction of One of the best hostels in Palma de Maiorca.
