An older hotel that is still well maintained. Always have a warm feeling in the midst of the Mexican people. They’re hard working folks!

The service and food quality have gone down hill. This was our 3rd time visiting since 2021 and we are done. Even with tipping the service was not great. Hard to even get a glass of water refilled. 2 of the 3 of us got diarrhea and felt sick. Rooms in the family section are super clean and spacious. Pools need cleaning to remove scum from tiles.

The staff is really rude and not helpful. The food is terrible. The are very limited choices in the buffet and it seems they just remix dinner and serve it for breakfast and lunch. It's very dark on the pathways to the rooms at night. We had to move rooms bc the AC didn't work and the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. I would not stay at this resort again.

The room had mold and was dirty, all the restaurants were not availablie for booking. They never gave us a map nor showed us how where the transportation stops were located. Poor customerservice

Never again, we’ll go back to this hotel
I invited 30 other members of my family half of them had to get moved 3 to 4 different times because either the AC didn’t work. The water pressure was very bad room conditions are horrible.

Fridge and phone didn't work when we got there. Top bunk of bunk bed rail was broken and they just came and removed it on day two of a seven night trip and never came back to repair it. So my 11 year old slept up there with no railing just hoping he didn't roll off.

The location is excellent. The beach is beautiful. Pools are nice. Food was good. Rooms are clean, but poorly maintained. Almost all elevators were broken. VIP access was useless. Found zero benefit.
