Hotels in Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru

Acceptable hotel for a one or two night stay. Not the cleanest, but I wouldn’t say it’s dirty. Still a well maintained hotel. Located at a peaceful area in Permas with many eateries within walking distance. Front desk staff was polite and helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time. Overall, it offers good value for the price, even though breakfast is not included. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The room did not have a fridge, but there was a water cooler outside and a shared public fridge for guests to use. My biggest concern was the soundproofing—staying in a ground-level room, I could hear conversations, footsteps, and door slams from the hallways and adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to rest peacefully. If you're looking for an affordable stay and don’t mind some noise, this hotel could still be a decent option.

They knows the remote control for tv room 8326 problem and not repair and ask to customer for download anything for watching. No teeth brush and tooth paste. Housekeeping doing checking for lineen infront of lift door during customer enter in. Without say sorry and she still continuew the job there. The shower handling already breakdown only tight with rope during shower need to control and adjust the position. Then access card only 1pc when go with friend or famly if u go down after 9pm u need to bring the card if not bring cant open the door when want to enter the lobby. If u take out the card all cant use. Please make a propper arrangenvet to prevent it.

Overall the hotels is clean. Using kiosk machines self check in the process is smooth and fast. Restaurant within walking distance only have Malay restaurants.

Deluxe Double Room No. 319 is quite spacious. Appreciated the cleanliness and friendly service of the hotel. It offers good value for money and a convenient for me in attending class beside this hotel upstair last Friday to Sunday.

Stay here for 4 nights, overall home is clean, bed is comfortable, hotel staffs are helpful. Will be back again for next business trip

I recently stayed at Thy Executive Hotel and had a comfortable experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located, especially for travelers looking for a quiet place outside the busy city center. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful 😊

I appreciate receptionist Miss Kisha & Mr shahid for making my Birthday trip a memorable one , they help me to change my room from deluxe twin to deluxe King because I had made mistake during my booking. It’s a lovely hotel and friendly staffs.Room was clean and spacious. Lots of shops and eateries and massage place just right downstairs and there’s a weekly Sunday market right beside the hotel. it’s only a 15mins drive away to mid valley Southkey . I would certainly come back and stay here again

This is the first stay for this hotel and I can said is excepting many aspect, will be back again

5 star service for a 2 star hotel. Room is simple and clean, provided kettle, 3 in 1 , toothbrush shampoo.. Very good service with simple breakfast provided. Lift with access card to ur room floor. They even help to pay for the parking in weekday when we are not sure how to pay for parking.
