Excellent service, clean, newly opened and central location. The breakfast is well prepared and very tasty with various alternatives. Highly recommended. Parking was free and many restaurants and supermarkets are located within a walking distance.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the old town and Japan’s areas. The room although a little spartan, was most comfortable and the breakfast varied and delicious. The host was most welcoming with a refreshing drink on arrival and accompanied me to park the car, only 200m or so nearby. It was a most pleasant stay

A true gem in Plovdiv! We loved every second we spent at Hotel Hello Plovdiv! Quiet and peaceful, wonderful atmosphere, amazing architecture, helpful staff, great communication, very good breakfast, the best lemonade in the world and good coffee! It’s a 5 star from us!!! A big THANK YOU for Hristo and his wonderful team. We will come back soon to enjoy this amazing city and -of course- the hotel!

This was our last stop on a 3 week tour and the top of my list for comfort and convenience. The owner was amazing. He helped make sure we had parking for our huge van. His front desk manager was very sweet and helpful. They were eager to make sure all our needs were met. There is a coffee/tea bar when you check in and the most delicious breakfast in the morning. The best feature at this stage of our trip was the elevator after weeks of dragging bags up stairs, it felt like a treat. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I love the modern touch lights and the clean, smooth decor. I wish I could have stayed another day. It is close to walk to the downtown and the major sites. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I'm lucky enough to return to Plovdiv.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hello Plovdiv Hotel! The design is both minimalist and innovative, creating a deep sense of peace and relaxation. Every detail is well thought out – from the lighting to the amazing cosmetics, and especially the coffee, which is a real Nespresso delight. There’s no unnecessary small talk – just warm, professional service that makes you feel truly cared for. A calm, beautiful, and intelligent place. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour group and can't recommend this hotel more highly. It has a convenient location a short walk to tourist areas and shopping. Check-in and check-out were efficient and almost felt like we were staying with friends. The minimalist, ultra modern decor was clean and functional. Our room was quite spacious with a very comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom, a large safe, and motorized drapes on the windows(!). Buffet breakfast was served attractively and fresh with a very nice variety of options available. As promised, the complimentary homemade lemonade is in generous supply and delicious. If you need a place to stay in Plovdiv, this hotel gets 5 stars from me.
