Rooms were good sized and sufficiently clean. Location is good too. Only issue is that the hot water tank runs out very fast. Not enough for 3 pax to shower.

My family and I have just spent the week in a 2 bedroom apartment. We are a family of four including two teenagers. My daughter slept in the smaller of the two bedrooms and my son slept in the lounge on one of the sofa beds which worked out fine. The plus side the apartment was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was cleaned with clean towels, every other day. Wifi in the room is very good. The cooking facilities are very basic so not great for cooking evening meals. The fridge has a small freezer section, however this wasn't that effective. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby (approximately a 15-20 minute strollaway). The hot water did not last very long. We had to keep showers to a minimum. The last person showering normally ran out of hot water. The pools are nice but not heated. I never saw anyone clean them but they were clean apart from debris blown into the pool by the nearby trees. The outside areas i.e by the pool and apartments are cleaned daily. There are some very neglected ponds which were green. They contained some large fish and turtles, but I am surprised anything was alive in there. Parts of the outside areas were quite neglected. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the beach and about a similar distance to a large supermarket. There is a bus stop right outside. All in all we had a good experience for the price we paid. I would recommend the hotel for a cheap break

Just returned from a two week holiday at the Habitat through TUI. Overall we had a good experience but the complex does require some improvements and updating. Rooms were a good size with air conditioning, adequate kitchen and good size balcony but it did need a bit of updating as some skirting boards coming away, couple of dents in the doors, slightly wonky kitchen cupboard doors, bedroom drawer wouldn't pull out and one window wouldn't fully close. The apartment was cleaned every two day's (not mopped though) with new towels toilet rolls supplied. Make sure you clean also as there are plenty of ants. One thing we didn't know was some of the apartments seemed to be privately owned. Bar area ok (closed at around 8:30pm!) with a few snacks, drinks, pool table €2, table tennis and seating area. Two good sized pools but only saw it cleaned once whilst we were there which left a bit of debris from the grounds at the bottom. The grounds around the pool were really lovely with plenty of sunbeds (no fighting) and space to relax. One major gripe though is that this hotel does not have any parasols as stated on the TUI brochure which wasn't good for us. Good stocked shop over the road but expensive with nice pub a restaurant next door to it. Bigger and cheaper supermarket 10min down the road (eroski). Bus stops right outside but we used Mallorca cabs app (basically Uber) to get to harbour/Pine Walk which cost €6 to €7. Pine walk had loads of restaurants to choose from and some nice bars. Would recommend Sea side restaurant at Pine Walk and Palms Bar (road down to beach). Palms Bar usually needs to be booked when they have a tribute night on.

Port de Pollenca is a lovely thriving seaside town and the situation of these apartments is good being slightly out of town and in a reasonably quiet spot. We did not have a great experience at the apartments however. The rooms cleaned every two days. In between cleaning days, we noted a small item of clothing missing from our room. The next non cleaning day, we were able to see that our room had been entered using a key whilst we were out. We then ascertained more small articles of clothing were missing. We appraised the staff and although they listened, they said there was little they could do about it as the room entrance wasn't covered by CCTV. We informed the police and our trip provider but sadly, there's not much they seem to be able to do. We will not be going back as the whole experience ended up extremely uncomfortable for us. Aside from this, There are two pools - neither are heated and the one nearest reception has a lot of debris in it and did not appear to have been cleaned at all in the seven days we stayed. The apartments have been modernised and the beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff are lovely and do a good job, coming once every two days (note: entry was gained on days the cleaners were not there). The complex is surrounded on two sides by four large, once beautiful I'm sure, but now overgrown and algae filled pools which were already rife with mosquitos when we visited in April. Chunks of the posting and rope fences round them have fallen into disrepair and make walking around them hazardous. I wouldn't be leaving children unattended near these.

Clean spacious apartment with great access for mountains/ hiking. 10 mins walk to big supermarket and 20 mins walk to beaches. Really nice swimming pools and garden. Furniture and fixtures are basic but functional. Reception hours limited in winter, but excellent key collection arrangements and lovely staff.

We have stayed many times before at Habitat and as always , the stay was great. Staff are friendly and everything is as it should be. We were staying in November so very quiet and a lovely outlook from our terrace.

This was our third visit to Habitat and once again it didn't disappoint! Apartment was fresh, spacious, bright and clean. Beds were comfortable and had a good night sleep every night. The location is great - there is a small supermarket across the road has all your basic needs plus freshly cooked, warm baguettes and pastries. There is also a bar if you don't want to walk to Puerto Pollensa. The walk to Puerto Pollensa is about 15-20 mins however, we jumped on the bus just on the road outside which stops at the bus depot and is a couple of minutes walk to the town centre.

Overall our stay was fine but a huge let down for us occurred at check in which unfortunately left us with a really poor first impression. We arrived at 9pm for check in with our 10 month old baby, and asked the staff member at the desk if the cot we had pre-booked was already set up in the room. We were then told that there were no cots available despite the fact we had pre-booked one with our apartment. The staff member didn’t seem to care and said we could have a spare mattress instead, which obviously for a 10 month old baby is not appropriate given how much they move around in their sleep and the risk of falling. We were left with no option but to co-sleep and move around furniture to ensure there was no risk of our baby falling out of bed, which was not ideal for us and resulted in a very poor nights sleep for us all, but this would have been totally unacceptable had this happened to a family and baby with health concerns where co-sleeping can be dangerous. This fell far below our expectations for apartments which are supposedly child friendly. One of the pools was filled with dead leaves and there were loads of mosquitoes outside made worse by the plants and stagnant water ponds in the grounds. Location wise it was not as peaceful as we expected, the noise and view of the busy road was a shame and the loud music in the bar across the road late at night was annoying. WiFi was terrible, I used my data instead. Positive points are the apartment is cleaned regularly, parking availability was good, the air con worked well and it was easy walking distance to local amenities.
