Well fed, well looked after. The spa is a game changer for cyclists! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed chatting with the night manager. Cleaners were awesome. Special mention to Pau in the restaurant for looking after us :) We’ll be back for sure!

Staff very helpful, clean rooms , great amenities for cyclists , went in the indoor pool, nice and warm, also quiet when we went, had to buy a swimming cap but nice and cheap, had a nice pizza in Italian restaurant which is connected with the hotel, all in all A lovely trip

5th time staying at the duva and have to say it’s as good as ever. Comfortable rooms which are very clean. Rooms cleaned daily . The complex has something for everyone and staff are great. We will be back again next year for our annual trip to Mallorca. Thanks you Team Duva for yet again making our stay comfortable and pleasurable.

So fun! Great customer servic and super clean. So fun to be able to use the gym and pool. Plus they have bike storage. Great location for a cycling holiday. I will definitely be coming again! Pau, Belén and Pablo were so sweet and were really thoughtful. Enjoy your stay!

This hotel is the worse I have ever been to in Pollensa. The room was dirty and full of ants, it was dated even though it had apparently been updated in 2024. The staff were really rude and not very nice, also the bike garage was across the road and anyone had access to the cages were they insisted that you kept your bike so unsafe. They was no fresh water to fill your bottles for riding. We managed to last 5 hours at this place 3.5 hours of this was riding our bikes. I will definitely not be returning or recommending this to anyone.

Used hotel for its location and facilities due to being on the island for few days cycling -- only a short 30 minute walk into town. Can't fault facilities or cleanliness of hotel, along with a good spread at breakfast and thoroughly enjoyable selection for evening meal (both at good rates). Great hotel, with extremely friendly staff throughout visit.

Helpful friendly staff, clean comfortable apartment with sufficient kitchen appliances if needed, excellent breakfast and various choices for buffet dinner. Big pool with lots of comfortable beds alongside a handy well stocked pool bar.

Had excellent time at Duva, totally set up for cyclists. Apartment ideal for our needs. Breakfast & evening buffet were good. A thank you to reception staff especially Ariel who was first class from check in & through out the week and helped me with a return transfer issue. Tony on reception was also helpful. Will definitely be back.
