Om Shanti Beach Stay Patnem ★★
"We went here twice in november since we like it so much! We had planned 2 nights but ended up staying in total 8 nights. We had a newly built room in the main building with a fantastic view of the beach from our balcony. The hotel is situated on the central part of Patnem beach which we think is the best we have encountered in India, it is cleaned daily which gives result!. It is a calm place which suits us. The staff including owners are really nice and helpful, they made us feel "like home." The restaurant has lots of different kind if food and drinks at very reasonable prices. To sit and watch the sunset from the restaurant is the perfect holiday ockupation.. If ever in India again we will surely stay at this place. Highly recommended!"
Sobit Sarovar Portico ★★★★
"We traveled with a child. We really enjoyed it. The hotel was spotlessly clean!!! The staff is constantly working to keep it clean. They care about guests, and we felt very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and they even prepared special dishes for our child (room service). The location is wonderful. Just a few minutes from Palolem Beach. There are also tuk-tuks nearby, so you can get to Panthem Beach in 5-10 minutes. Overall, the location is great and the hotel is fantastic! Thanks to the staff for making our vacation comfortable!"
The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa ★★★★★
"beautiful property Good hospitable staffs and good food Reeti,Wandemi,Revati and Tanisha were outstanding"
Trishvam Palolem Beach Resort ★★★
"I had a horrid experience in this hotel. I had travelled ***** with my wife and 2 young kids to the hotel on 16th Nov. I had booked this hotel via Make My Trip. On check-in to hotel I found that intercom is not working. After calling for room service came to know the intercom was not plugged into the socket! Meantime when I was trying to call the reception on the mobile number which they had given no one was picking up. It took several tries to pickup and this story was repeated several times during my stay in the hotel. Other examples of poor service and maintenance was that the AC remote sensing part was on the side of the AC instead of front. Main issue however was that there was no hot water for taking bath ! This is a very basic requirement for any hotel especially one which is located near the beach. I was not informed of this issue at time of check-in so first time I opened the tap and waited for the hot water to come for 20 to 30 mins before realizing that something is wrong. Only after calling I was informed that there is some issue with hot water service and that it will not get resolved during my entire stay duration. Alternate was for staff to provide me bucket of hot water. Now the problem is the staff would take 30 mins to bring this hot water and that too after multiple reminders. This incident with the hot water and the waiting time for buckets to arrive was repeated multiple times next 2 days and I got fed up of the hotel and asked for refund or reduction in the hotel amount for the pathetic service I was receiving. I was told that was not possible since I had booked via Make My Trip. After several such incidents and threatening to lodge a police complaint for harassment I was finally moved to an alternate property they owned in Agonda beach. I would suggest NOT TO EVER BOOK IN PALOLEM BEACH RESORT and SAVE YOURSELF THE HARRASSMENT FROM THE HOTEL and its staff/owner Major concerns 1. No one picks up at reception 2. No hot water , which is a very basic requirement for any hotel , especially one which is near beach 3. In general staff takes long time to perform any tasks 4. When issue is known still there is no attempt to improve the service 5. Breakfast is poorly managed, it took long time especially to get the puri or paratha to the buffet counter. You will feel like a beggar waiting for food or hot water here"
De Garland Palolem - am Hotel Kollection ★★★
"The hotel was very clean, quiet, located about 6-7 min drive to Palolem Beach with a very clean swimming pool and good parking space. Just the peaceful getaway we were seeking. They have an exceptionally service minded staff. Abhishek ensured our check-ins and check-outs were seamless and also helped us with a change in room understanding our requirements and what would make it a comfortable and delightful stay. The food was very good. The Managers, Mr. Varun and Mr. Singh and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our hotel stay was for 3 nights, 4 days and at the end we felt sad that we planned such a short stay."
Hilias Retreat ★★
"The friendly atmosphere and comfortable rooms completed the magic you can feel in Goa. Great people, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great location, close to the beach a minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel, it's just a quiet, relaxing place. Rooms very clean equipped with fridge, kettle, air conditioning with lovely balconies. I hope to return there again. I really enjoyed my stay there. Thank you"
Club Palolem Resort ★★★
"Great location just a few minute walk to the beach front. Cute little bungalow style accommodation which was basic but clean, great shower and excellent aircon with a fan. So we were comfortable at night time and slept well. For the price we paid I thought it was great and would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was included and although basic hits the spot. The staff looked after us really well and were so helpful and friendly. A great experience!"
Om Shanti Residence ★★★

Cocos Beach Resort
"It was decent stay, could be better i stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, the experience was fine but nothing exceptional. The room was clean, but it felt a bit outdated and in need of some minor repairs. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too firm for my liking. The staff was polite and helpful, though service could have been quicker. The amenities were adequate, but they does not have landline to connect reception or restaurant, which was a bit frustrating as we need to step out every time if we need anything. Quality of the food was acceptable. The location is good and close to key attraction butterfly beach) which was a plus."
Roundcube Guest House
"It was all n all a good experience. Rooms were clean and hotel staff was co-operative. Very close to palolem beach"
Patnem Palolem Beach Park Appt
"Luxury stay and nice amenities with friendly environment and good room services available with in-house kitchen With luxury swimming pool and beach accessible and near to highway good breakfast complimentary and good taste Overall Excellent"
Palolem Inn
"It rained and the roof leaked within minutes, soaking the floor and bed. Had to leave in the middle of the night to get alternative accommodation and have asked for a refund and got no response. Given the state of the ceiling and the dampness of the room (including mould on the pillow inside in the pillowcases), I cannot imagine this is the first time this happened. Would avoid at all costs - a poorly maintained and unusable property."
Destiny Goa Beach Resort
"We went to have a look with a view of staying there next year. It really is a beautiful secluded and romantic spot! We had a beautiful cocktail, the best we had all holiday. The bar and restaurant is so perfect. The team made us so welcome and we met the owners. We loved it so much we have booked to stay here next year! We look forward to returning ♥️"

Tropical Bay
"So having spent 6 months prior to arriving in Goa I had many conversations with Reven who was in charge of booking s and he had said he would ensure all we needed was in our apartment . We arrived after 15 hrs travelling to what I can only describe as a migrant camp under the palm trees . The pu tire shows a beautiful room with white sheets etc . We had absolutely nothing . Mouldy pillows sheets that were so old and didn’t fit the dirty mattresses. An un usable kitchen . No cutlet no pots and pans nothing . The pictures will show you . He lied and said we were getting a safe then when confronted told me I had to pay for it . The place is dark filthy and u can let the young lads in to clean as u have no security for ur money and passports . Theres loads of other lovely places to stay . I asked 3 times for the bosses details and was ignored . Do not stay here ."
Marron Sea View Resort
"The location is fantastic and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. One of the best things about this resort is its location at the end of Palolem Beach and its restaurant. The restaurant staff are very dedicated and cook up very tasty dishes. The Food is amazing and very reasonably priced. Will like to visit again. The owner was very gracious to accomodate my aged mother beyond checkout out time as our flight to Delhi was at night."
Crystall Goa Palolem
"We stayed for two nights during monsoons. Being off-season, their restaurant Cafe Inn was shut down. Rooms were okay . Location was perfect. Just two minutes walk to the beach and most eateries and shops. This is a good budget option if not looking for luxury."
Cuba Patnem
