we’re really disappointed with the hotel room we were given. The room we were given is significantly different from what was shown on the hotel’s listing when we booked online. The photos and descriptions on the website compared to reality, the room is outdated, poor condition and dirty. This discrepancy feels misleading and not in line with the booking terms. We booked in good faith based on the advertised images and amenities, and we are extremely disappointed with what we’ve received. We have paid $470 euros a night to get a horrible experience. We have shared our feedback with the hotel, instead they get super defensive versus trying to work things out for us. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The place was nicer than expected. Service was excellent and always with a smile. Dinner food was so good. The breakfast spread was also one of the best. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely go back.

Hotel is a part of a big complex Parco San Marco. It has few restaurants, several swimming pools, spa, beach and so on. It also has a coin laundry. Highly recoment as a base to explore the area of lakes Como and Lugano.

Outstanding STAFF and hotel facilities
The hotel is outstanding but i would like to highlight the Staff they were amazing especially : Desiree Pace from the front desk and Bianca from Kids play .
Desiree were super nice providing all information about our stay and further more.
Bianca took care of my daughter and my daughter loved her .
I forgot one of my bags in the hotel , they manage to send back for me and iam super happy the way they manage to send my bag . I strongly recommend the hotel specially for family trip , its a perfect place for parents and kids enjoy there time , together or doing the hotel activities .
The view from the room is wonderful , good food etc .

We have just returned home from a week at this hotel feeling very relaxed. The staff in all areas from reception to restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious and had a lovely view of lake Lugano. We did not pay to use the adult only spa but used the family spa and sauna. We found the best time to go was after 6pm as it was quieter. The spa had sauna, steam room and relax area where children under 16 were not allowed. There are 2 outdoor pools which we did not try as they are not heated and also private beach area. We were on half board, the breakfast had so much choice. The evening menu changed each evening, we had to pay for our drinks. There is parking on site but it is chargeable. The staff are knowledgeable on places to visit.
