Brand new finishes and furnishings. Clean, odor free room. Quiet room and quiet A/C. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Able to use my Hilton Honors dollars toward stay which ended up covering for the $75 fee to have my corgi dog stay in the room. We would have boarded her with dog sitter for $45, but it was a last minute Thanksgiving trip. We’re glad we brought our corgi along as she gave great joy to our relative who was ill. Exceptional breakfast. Consistent quality in all our Hampton stays. Only regret is that they had a fitness center, but no pool. Not really critical in November though.

I was leary of this hotel because it was a Best Western and the price was good but I was very happy with our stay. This hotel was nicely updated and EXTREMELY clean. It was very family-oriented, pet friendly and had a great breakfast in the morning. The exterior was nicely maintained and clean and very well-lit. It was right in the heart of Stuart Florida in a safe part of town. Close to restaurants and downtown nightlife.

This is probably the worst experience we have ever had in an HIE. We are Spire Elites and have stayed in every IHG property type. We weren't shown any appreciation, acknowledgement or offered any ammenities and we have stayed in IHG properties for close to 100 nights the last couple of years. We reserved a suite for the largest room they had. Suite was really beat up. The toilet ran constantly, the telephone didn't work, holes in the walls, dead insects in the ceiling light fixtures, carpet was stained with ripples from age. The entire room was way past its life cycle and just plain dirty. I just can't believe this was the most expensive room they had. This was probably the first time I have ever considered walking away from a reservation and getting a room elsewhere. Just no pride taken by the property.

We stayed here for one night, traveling with our 3 year old son. The front desk (wisely) placed us in a corner suite, further away from the other rooms. We loved the privacy and size of the room. Had plenty of space for our son to run around. We loved the in-room kitchen, and made use of all of the appliances during our one night stay. The blackout shades in the room were awesome. We got the best night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was decent. When we were checking out, the front desk staff gave my son a coloring book, which was very sweet. We would stay here again without hesitation.

When I stay at a Hilton Garden Inn, I expect stellar standards and an eye toward contemporary trends and décor. This one is no different, and I’m happy to report that it meets the bar and then some. We stayed overnight in a room with 1 King bed and it was clean and well-kept. The bathroom had a modern design with a glass shower, and the hotel itself is located within a quiet enclave of the PGA area. There is no complimentary breakfast offered, so be prepared to pay for coffee that is a step up from what you get in the room, or for any food if you do not want to fend for yourself elsewhere. I don’t think this really detracts from the offerings; quiet, clean, and modern sensibilities are the minimum for a Hilton Garden Inn, and one could do worse than staying here.

Check in includes waiting for a disgruntled mumbling desk person. After room assignment you will enjoy the fresh fumes of the truck stop that is literally this motels parking lot. As you attempt to get to your assigned room, you will have the opportunity to walk over and around the many shirtless heavily tattooed guests enjoying cigarettes as they size you up. This is not a one off instance as most fronts of rooms feature this highlight. As a bonus, these folks have the bee-bop head/body bounces usually found in only the most crackhead infested areas of your nearby ghetto. If you aren't scared away by the residents (they definitely live there), just wait till you arrive at your room. Upon opening the door, you will be greeted by an overwhelming aroma of stale cigarette that has been barely attempted to be covered up by a dollar store air freshener. The bathroom features a moldy dirt covered showering space. As an added bonus, lifting the comforter off the bed you will be presented with numerous hairs of past victims that have had the joy of staying at this dump. I went to call the front desk but of course there is no phone in the room. To be fair, I have stayed at many dumpy motels in my life. However, this one was without a doubt the absolute worst. I booked this place on a non-refundable deal. Regardless, I would literally pay to not have to stay there. As a matter of fact, that's exactly what I did. 10 minutes after checking in, I was back at the front desk checking out. The lovely woman at the front desk didn't even bother asking why - i'm sure this is a daily occurrence. I am left wondering when they took the pictures they advertise. Maybe this was a decent place in the past. Or... Maybe the residents all had court that day. This place should be condemned. Don't try and save a few dollars and risk it as you'll only end up telling yourself about how that guy from Boston was spot on with his review.

My room was extremely clean! The sheets were silky smooth and they had multiple pillow options for different comfort levels. The guy that helped me check in was named Evan, he was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect as well as it's in between 2 major highways. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself near this area again.

I cannot thank the staff and front desk manager Josselin enough for saving the day!!! Rotary international District 6930 had a training event at a local university. However, no one showed up and unlock the doors for us. Marriott Nolan not only stepped up. They welcomed us with open arms allowed us to get our training done without question the hotel is beautiful the staff was wonderful and I can’t think them enough our communities will benefit from this as the future presidents of the Rotary district due projects to make their communities locally and globally a better place to live, they would not be able to do this without the help from the Marriott. Thank you again. DGE Jula
FFengzhizi1003I went to Orlando and stayed for one night through St. Lucy Port. It was a brand new hotel. The health, service and facilities were very good. Although the breakfast was not many varieties, the ingredients were very good and the hotel was recommended.
OotlWe stayed here for a week including Easter 2024. We had a one bedroom premium apartment with a balcony. The place was clean and tidy and relatively well equipped, although like all Sheraton apartments there seems to be an assumption that you won’t need more than 4 cups or plates, which I find quite annoying. It forces you to use an almost empty dishwasher far too often. Considering we were there over the holiday weekend the place felt remarkably quiet. It isn’t a big resort and has no amenities apart from the pool area, but it is close to the golf courses and not too far from the coast, so we expected it to be busier. On Easter Sunday we had the whole pool area to ourselves for over an hour in late morning ( which was lovely) and we never had a problem getting a sunbed. Most days there were just a handful of people enjoying the pool. The resort is located just off the I95 and is close to a shopping area. A couple of miles down the road is Tradition which is an attractive purpose built ‘village’ with another good shopping area. Port St Lucie itself was nothing to write home about; we found Fort Pierce more interesting and more appealing, with plenty of things to do, and only a 10 minute drive away. If we could transport this little resort to other parts of Florida we would always choose to stay here.
GGuest UserChose this hotel for location, reasonable price and liked that breakfast was included. Not very welcoming staff, paint stains on the elevator floor, stains on the sofa in the room. The breakfast offerings were very sp**** and not very appetizing….scrambled eggs consisted of big chunks, rubbery, tasteless turkey sausage, yogurt, cereal, couple of bananas and oranges, pre-packaged bagels. Next day, offerings were the same, but there was no yogurt. The icing on the cake was the coffee. There were 2 urns which were not labeled as decaf and regular. I asked the breakfast attendant whic one was decaf and was told that they both were regular. I asked to have some decaf and was told that there wasn’t any. So I decided on tea, but all were regular so I asked the attendant for decaf tea and when they retuned I was told that there wasn’t any. Omg….unbelievable…..talk about missing the mark on the basics. Said, sorry… and they could put in an order which would be here by the afternoon….a lot of good that would do right then! The next morning, same eggs….and what appeared to be hash…we did not bother to eat and just got coffee. The next day we couldn’t face going to the breakfast area again, so we went out and had a wonderful breakfast…..well worth paying for! Housekeeping…be it as our room was not attended to, we inquired at the front desk and were told that guests had to request housekeeping. Maybe guests should be informed of this at check in? Right?! Returned to the room in the evening and room was attended to, but tissues were not replenished…so had to go down to the front desk. One day I wanted to fill the ice bucket, and walked up and down the floor and could not find an ice machine. I asked an attendant and was told that it was on the 3rd floor…. Went to the 3rd floor and still could not find the ice machine….asked another attendant and was told that it was on the 4th floor….it was there, however because there is only one elevator, it took a while for it to arrive. So annoying! We have never had such a bad experience at a Marriott hotel which was not up to Marriott’s reputation. The best part of the stay was leaving.
GGuest UserWe've stayed at dozens of Holiday Inn properties around the world, so the brand has always seemed like a safe choice for us. The Port St. Lucie property changed our impression, primarily because it is in dire need of updating. They're in the process right now, but they should have done this decades ago. Our room was very dark--adding insult to injury, one of the primary lamps was inoperative--and the furnishings were very old and heavily worn. Additionally, the hotel staff was very stingy with the toiletries they provided. When we checked in, our room had one tiny bar of soap and a single one-ounce tube of shampoo. Finally, the restaurant opens too late to be of use for guests who have early working-hour meetings or early travel. At the very least, the restaurant should open at 6:00 AM instead of 7:00 AM. That said, the people who worked the front desk when we checked in were kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. I will be much more wary of Holiday Inn's trustworthiness in my future travels.
Great place to stay, and a great value. Room was clean, staff was friendly, nothing but good things to say. Especially Brian, at the front desk. I had to leave before the continental breakfast opened, and he went out of his way to go in the back and get me some muffins for the long road trip that I had ahead of me. He made my stay a special experience.
