This hotel needs to check in at 15:30. When you check in, there will be a wave of sales promotion, asking you to upgrade the room type, and then saying that it only costs 99 euros now, and then add taxes, and finally it becomes an extra 110 euros. I don't feel comfortable recommending it. And the attitude of the front desk seems to be very good, but it's a bit fake. The room is still OK, it's a side sea view room.
Then there is the elevator. Although there are three, they are not available.
Then the hotel is on a slope, parking space is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee for one night is not cheap.
The room toiletries are ceramic jars, placed on a very small platform, but when you take a shower, you need to squeeze, causing the shower gel jar to fall to the ground.
The breakfast is a la carte, although it tastes good, it's a bit oily. The toast is fried in olive oil, so it's very oily.
The beach at the door was flooded at night on the first night, and the beach was in a terrible state the next day, but it was actually very beautiful when you checked in during the day.
But the hotel room is still good, and it looks OK.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Beautifully and expensively appointed, stunning views and a great location for access to Puerto Portals. The staff around the resort are consistently fabulous with nothing too much trouble. Francisco, Michel and Daniel plus the shuttle drivers were all so helpful and attentive - thank you ☺️ The only minor grumble was the inconsistency of A La Carte breakfast items. On several days we had our order delivered incorrectly (despite ordering the same thing every day!) but all was resolved quickly. The cold buffet breakfast selection was excellent. A lovely stay and we will definitely return.

The location is great and so are the staff. It’s close to great restaurants, Palma, Valldemosa and Sóller. Shout out to Carolina for being amazing! We’ll definitely be back. Hopefully next year and the year after and the year after that. 👋👋

booked with sea view and paid quit alot for it, but thats not a sea view. behind some tree and looking in to a wall. very good staff and nice pool area if you pay that amount of fee per night you expext five star room nice near the beach and very good soroundings

From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. Spacious rooms with great attention to detail, incredibly polite and helpful staff, and overall, one of the most satisfying 5-star stays we’ve had in Europe. One of the most professional hotels I have ever stayed at, offering exceptionally kind, attentive, and remarkably helpful service throughout the entire property. No matter the question or request, the staff handled everything with true professionalism and a genuine desire to make the stay perfect. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms are beautifully designed with unique, thoughtful details that make the experience truly memorable. Everything is spotless thanks to the delicate and meticulous cleaning service. The pool area is stunning, and the spa is nothing short of perfection- every little detail has been carefully considered to create a deeply relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The hotel’s Italian restaurant is also a fantastic choice, offering delicious dishes in an elegant setting. Another highlight is the beachfront restaurant, located right by the shore, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. There is no complains, we really had a great time at this hotel and the staff was the nicest and most positive i have met, they greet you like family. For me it is a 100 out of 10. Really great. Service and everything on point. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family. Looking forward to see you guys next year.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pepi was very kind and spoke so many languages, I spoke to her in french a bit which was cool ! The weather was cloudy for the 2 days I was here but the hotel experience was so nice it wasn’t much of an issue. Thank you for having us :)
