This hotel needs to check in at 15:30. When you check in, there will be a wave of sales promotion, asking you to upgrade the room type, and then saying that it only costs 99 euros now, and then add taxes, and finally it becomes an extra 110 euros. I don't feel comfortable recommending it. And the attitude of the front desk seems to be very good, but it's a bit fake. The room is still OK, it's a side sea view room.
Then there is the elevator. Although there are three, they are not available.
Then the hotel is on a slope, parking space is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee for one night is not cheap.
The room toiletries are ceramic jars, placed on a very small platform, but when you take a shower, you need to squeeze, causing the shower gel jar to fall to the ground.
The breakfast is a la carte, although it tastes good, it's a bit oily. The toast is fried in olive oil, so it's very oily.
The beach at the door was flooded at night on the first night, and the beach was in a terrible state the next day, but it was actually very beautiful when you checked in during the day.
But the hotel room is still good, and it looks OK.

4 years coming here always fabulous, staff cannot do enough for you. Cold pool issues sorted and now pool amazing. We upgraded to a sea view suite best room I’ve ever stayed in, aircon goes down to 16’c so fabulous for sleeping in the heat. We are booking again for next year but in September as the temperature is better for us as we aren’t sun worshipers

This was our second visit to the Donna Beach, and once again it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. A special shout out to Pepi who was absolutely brilliant - so good at her job, always smiling and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond and is genuinely a real asset to the hotel! Another big plus is the hotels shuttle service so handy for trips to and from the harbour. The convenience really adds to the overall experience. Every member of the team deserves praise for creating such a friendly And relaxing atmosphere. We’re already planning our return for next year. Well done to everyone at the Donna Beach an outstanding hotel 10/10

Super hotel with a great location 20 mins outside of palma nested in beautiful bay with access to great beaches (one next to the hotel). The design of the hotel is impressive (rooftop pool, ocean front restaurant, amazing spa room) and so is the staff very friendly and professional. Great place to be in and out of Palma with direct access to a great beach and resort….
