酒店離機場很近，打不到車，衹能等shuttle。英語不太好溝通，打酒店電話沒人接聽，還好最後在和機場工作人員比劃下順利上了shuttle。 Novotel是個大型連鎖酒店，但是是迄今為止我住過的衞生最差的。衞生間不太乾淨，馬桶很臟。沒太保潔打掃也僅限於換毛巾整理床鋪，林浴巾幾天都沒打掃。 唯一欣慰的是早餐很好吃，選擇多，cheese ball很好吃。

Muito bom hotel

新開的一家酒店，距離機場不遠，房間非常寬敞，乾淨，早餐也很不錯，最最重要的是，靠近海邊，窗外風景相當美麗，下樓過個馬路就是海邊

房間不錯 乾淨 整潔 喜歡一樓的恆温游泳池 健身房設備也不錯 一樓餐廳酒吧 不錯 早餐非常豐富

Hotel em frente ao aeroporto, para quem precisa de acesso rápido. Lugar agradável.

可以，但是本來選擇了雙床但是是大床，應該是攜程和酒店沒協商好。

The sauna did not stay hot and the spa tub was not warm… the only disappointments of our trip. Otherwise … wonderful!

I always stay at Novotel whenever I'm flying from/to Porto Alegre and I'm never disappointed. The staff is really polite and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, the shower is very good. I also like their breakfast, but the hot foods are limited (and they serve wieners instead of sausage, a bit weird). But I love to stay there for a recharge before/after a long flight.

I enjoyed my stay at Novotel Airport. Nearby there is a very good gastronomic Boulevard.

Had issues with the bathroom that I complained twice and weren't fixed.
