Very well located. Close to everything, right in the center of Porto. I loved the hospitality of the gentleman at reception, very willing and kind.

The distance from the airport to the last station to the hotel was close. There is a lift so it was easy to move luggage and the staff was friendly. Complimentary bottled water and Porto wine are provided. Tableware and necessary kitchen tools are provided for simple cooking, and there is also a refrigerator, so there is no inconvenience in preparing food. However, the biggest drawback was that there was no hair dryer, so I had no choice but to experience the inconvenience associated with it. I explained that we did not have a separate hair dryer because people often bring a hair dryer, but I would like to suggest what it would be like to have an installation type hair dryer. It was a good stay except for this point.

Great location, walking distance to everything with a nice cafe on the street corner. A wonderful bottle of port as a welcome gift. Front counter staff were honestly unbelievably helpful. Talked us through a map of porto’s famous locations, which we enjoyed visiting. Apartments were clean with kitchenette & bathroom amenities.

I feel spoilt having come to Porto from Salamanca. Porto old town is full of old building covered in graffiti. There is litter everywhere and the payments are dirty. The whole area is also full of building work. For an area that wants tourists, they must do better. We may come here again, but it will not be for at least 5 years.

My partner and I have been in porto 2 weeks Our trip is nearly at its end But amazing memories Created we have walked Hrs everyday to the highest points of this city from all sides And we love it here This is our first time We were told its a little flatter than Lisbon kinda true 😊 However there is some serious hills here To contend with Bare in mind if your someone that struggles with walking for long periods or anyone with issues of that nature its quiet unforgiving, We have seen so many beautiful things and streets we will come back The people are so friendly in shops We had 5 lovely days of sun and then its been raining the rest but it didn't dampen Our spirits we bought them rain jackets that hang out side most shops pink green yellow black What ever colour really There worked out perfect We are alternative people Hippies We found a lovely shop called Tajamahal in cedofeita porto Selling lovely hippie clothes Not a huge shop but well Worth a visit highly recommend Cheap prices great quality Very humble people

There were a lot of great things about Porto Old Town, like the location. It's within walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, Bolhao market, Sao Bento train station, the riverfront, and more. It was also spacious, with a sleeping area separate from the dining and relaxing area, and a little kitchenette. Bathroom and kitchen had all we needed. The A/C worked well, too. Our only complaint was the noise. While we couldn't hear our neighbors (upstairs, downstairs, or to the side of us), we could hear a lot of the outside noise, including one particularly loud group of, I don't know, twenty-somethings, shouting at each other (or seemingly at one guy, like a girl was breaking up with her boyfriend, and all their friends on both sides were mad about it) at, like, 1 or 2 a.m. Not ideal. With more sound-proof windows, this would easily be five stars.

The beds seemed fine but the air conditioning didn’t work properly. The bedroom overlooked the back where a constant whirring noise from the multiple air con condensers were placed. From time to time, we can smell cigarette smoke even throughout the night. The night that we stayed there was a massive argument outside between a group of men n women which could clearly be heard in the apartment.
