The staff and service were exceptionally welcoming and helpful; booking a taxi and even preparing a breakfast bag with personal note for us as we had a very early morning flight. It was the most wonderful treat to get to stay in probably the most beautiful room we’ve ever stayed in, one night was definitely not enough!

This was the BEST customer service of ANY Hyatt hotel .... and I have stays at A LOT of them!! 4 or 5 gals and the bartender .... all so sweet and kind and helpful!! Breakfast is simple but PERFECT !!!! Great location ~ easy to get a Uber or Taxi. And the E-bike tour company is only a 1 minute walk to the corner ~ huge bonus!!

My daughter & I had the pleasure of staying at the Cocorico (rm 7) for 4 nights in April. The rainy weather was not the best but our stay was very nice. We loved our spacious room with the outstanding double shower & bath area. Breakfast was excellent. Entire staff kind & helpful. Hotel is quaint, very clean & in a good location.

We loved this old Porto house. Stunning bedrooms with full length windows, tall ceilings, double sinks and double showers and a super comfy bed. Downstairs tapas bar was lovely but lacked atmosphere as empty most of the time. We had rainy weather but the outside patio would be lovely in sunshine. Very nice service too.

We stayed here for three nights. The attention to detail was perfect. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit. Comfy bed and lovely showers.

We went for 3 nights on Valentine's day. Aside the lack of personal care product and the questionable coffee area setup, everything was great. Bedding was comfortable, air conditioning was effective, location is good, breakfast is very good, staff is super nice. But the main thing was the bathroom, what an amazing one! It felt like a private thermal baths setup. Bath tub was a bit long so maybe a anti-slipping mat would be a nice addition. It was winter so we were not able to enjoy the long balcony but I'm sure it must be great in summer. I'll definitely go back if we ever go back to Porto.
