Negativ: - room was not cleaned at all during the stay 18.08 - 22.08 - coffee machines were not working in the restaurant on the 21st 08 - check in only in Metropol possible - parking NOT for free Positiv: - good location - nice hotel - friendly staff - pet friendly

We had a great time in this hotel. Rooms are specious and equipped with everything you might need. We had HB and liked the choice of food and enjoyed eating on the terrace with the beautiful view. Reception was very friendly and professional and it was easy to find parking. We will definitely come back.

Modern and nice rooms, nice and wide/huge enaught, top balkony. One service at the desk for about 120 rooms is a abdolutly no go ! I had to wait 2 hours after 7 hours driving for check- in ! Greedy managment !! And that the pool opens up at 9 o.clock (people want to go swimming befor breakfast and close at 7 o.clock in the evening (when sun is burning for 2 more hours is also poor

The room was unfortunately dusty, but otherwise fine. The air conditioning didn't work, however. We complained to reception twice (out of a 3-night stay) and each time "the technician was sent". That was never the case. I felt it was too bad to spoil our vacation with arguments. Breakfast was good. We didn't use any other services.

Also es war das frühere Hotel Barbara, es wurde halt die Farbe verändert, ein weiterer Lift eingebaut und die Zimmer moderner gestaltet. Was ich nicht so super fand war: auf den Armaturen waren Kalkränder, der Teppich hatte Flecken, der 2-Spiegel im Bad war kaputt und es waren zuwenig Kleiderbügel. Die Treppen der Außenanlage könnten man auch öfter reinigen. Es ist auch bei diesem Hotel kein Parkplatz dabei und das finde ich sehr schade, denn der Parkplatz kostet pro Tag 20,-- Euro und das ist schon heftig. Was ich auch bedaure war, obwohl sehr viel Österreicher und Deutsche dort urlauben, waren die Hauptsprachen - Englisch, Italienisch, Spanisch und Französisch. Was ich gut fand war: der Balkon war groß, Safe, Kaffee, Tee und Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet (war im Metropol) war der Hammer- soviel Auswahl hatte ich nicht einmal in Kreta im 5 Sterne Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Schönes Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Grosser Pool am Strand. Leider kann man vom Pool aus nicht direkt zum Meer, weil alles eingezäunt ist und muss aussen rum gehen oder über den Glaszaun klettern. Die Klimaanlagen sind eine Kathastrophe. Obwohl wir den ganzen Tag die Klima laufen hatten, sind wir nie unter 25,8 Grad gekommen und über Nacht mussten wir sie ausschalten weil diese so laut war. Bei der Abreise haben wir das gesagt, aber so wie die Dame reagiert hat ist ihnen das bereits bekannt und dürften sich schon mehrere Leute deswegen beschwert haben, aber keine Anzeichen dass sich das ändern wird.

2 quartos com porta comunicante para nossa família. Pequeno almoço, piscina, … tudo no grande hotel principal a 2min a pé de Casa Bel Moretto. Parking não está incluído e é preciso desenrascar-se (ou um privado fora que está sempre cheio 10€/dia ou no subterrâneo do ****** 24€/dia), acho que o hotel deveria ter uma opção para os clientes no subterrâneo com desconto 15-20%. Buffet pequeno almoço +- . Nada de special. Piscina interior e exterior incluída no preço (também a grande psicina a dois paços da praia mais a baixo está incluída (e toalha )

Secondo me questa struttura merita molto di più dei punteggi che ha. 1 posizione centrale 2 pulito 3 giusto prezzo 4 ottima colazione Molti fanno giudizi negativi perché bisogna dare check-in o check out così come la colazione a 150 metri all’interno del l’altro hotel, ma è chiaro sia così essendo una dependance. Per il parcheggio ce ne sono molti in strada senza per forza usare quelli del casinò.

Wunderbare Umgebung,gutes frisch zubereitetes Essen.Nette Bedienung die sich auch um Extras bemüht hat. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß benötigen aber teilweise eine Renovierung.Sehr Hundefreundlich wenn auch mit 27 Euro pro Nacht und Tier sehr teuer
