The average check-in time per person is fifteen minutes, and there is only one counter staffed. I read in the reviews that I would be assigned a room next to the elevator, and it turned out to be a room next to the elevator. The card didn't work the first time I went upstairs, so I went downstairs to change the room type, get a new card, and waited for more than ten minutes. Summary: Slow efficiency, small room, especially the door is also small, and the toilet in the lobby on the first floor needs a card to enter, which is very mean.

Das Zimmer war sauber die Matratze etwas weich. WC und Dusche sehr platzsparend ausgenutzt (aber voll ausreichend gewesen).
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und hat geschmeckt.
Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.
