Great hotel with a great location. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the city centre is easily accessible. The breakfast was quite nice with a wide variety of options and the spa area is quiet and prefect for relaxation. A decent choice for a weekend getaway in Potsdam!

The hotel is not far away from the palace and the Sanssouci Park. The breakfast is sunstantial, the staff are helpful and kind. The meeting room lacates in the first floor and opposite tothe breakfast hall. The room is clean and quiet.

Reception wasn't so good. A young receptionist, chewing gum with her mouth open, managed to force out a hello and then handed over the room key without explanation. We've received a friendlier welcome.
Breakfast was good.
Room was clean.
The stairwells are not for use except at the reception. Therefore, the walks are very long.

The surroundings are relatively quiet, the room is clean and tidy. Two people checked in, and there was only one pillow and a small quilt at first. After calling the front desk, it was delivered quickly.
