1) The hotel should strengthen its publicity. For example, I didn’t know that there was a restaurant service because the restaurant was on the second floor, but there was no indication of the restaurant in the lobby.
So all of them are eating out
2) The restroom in the hotel is clean and spacious, which is really appreciated👍🏻

It was good, check in till 24:00, if your flight delay just calls their emergency contact number they provided on the website to provide self check in, don't email, they won't respond to your email even if you provided your booking number.
The room is clean, sound proof not so good. That's why they tell you after 10pm don't make noise, shower head water is not strong and you might take it sometimes, walk 2 min to tram and tram to city 15 minutes, if you walk take around 30-40. A lot of cafes within 2-3 minutes walking, If you stay on the top floor and bring along an eye cover, summer sunrise will be 5am, you might wake up in sunlight.
A good hotel downstairs has a pub for some drinks.
We booked a triple family room with a living room, but the other bed was placed on a double sofa bed in the living room, leaving no space in the living room. The bed couldn't even fit the luggage. This hotel only sells double rooms, and the equipment is old. The photos uploaded by the hotel are distorted. Thanks to Trip.com for assisting with check-out. The hotel refused to refund my stay. I booked for four nights and left after one night. This hotel does not have barrier-free space. There are five steps at the entrance of the hotel. In fact, it can be improved by building a ramp, but they did not do it, so it can be seen that their internal facilities are also mediocre.

1. Excellent location, only 3 minutes walk from I. P. Pavlova subway station.
2. Complete cooking utensils and tableware, no eating out.
3. There is no front desk. It is recommended to check in online 2-3 days before departure. After checking in, you will receive the room number and password. If you don’t handle it in advance, you may have to wait at the door because you don’t know when someone will handle it.
4. The hotel will communicate with you via WhatsApp. If you don’t use this APP, download it first.
5. I stayed for 5 nights, and no one came to clean up until the 4th night. The garbage smelled, and I asked him to come to deal with it the next morning. Therefore, if you have something, you must ask him on the APP, and basically it will be satisfied.
The location was good for the price of the hotel. There was an elevator, but it was inconvenient because I had to go up and down half a flight of stairs. I stayed for 3 days, but the towels were only changed the next day. The bedding and bathroom were clean, and it was quiet and comfortable to stay.

This is my first time in Prague and this is one expensive hotel (but I guess it's like this for all hotels in Prague). Location wise, it's is a walkable 15 minutes to the main train station or the metro station is only a few mintues away. The staff are really helpful. They helped planned my day's sightseeing! There are a few restaurants nearby but most still require about a 5 to 10 minute walk.
The room itself is very clean, spacious and come with all the usual amenities. I have some issues with getting hot water for showering on one of the day which was fixed quite promptly but I think the hot water is only satisfactory hot (and not like boiling hot). I stayed during the winter months so the AC in the room don't work. The building is centrally heated and the temperature adjustment is against the wall. It took me two days to figure this out though the temperature in my room was okay (so it doesn't really matter).
Overall, my stay has been pleasant and I will likely stay here again next time I'm in Prague (and I will be back. Prague is such a beautiful city). I'm hoping next time I won't need to fork out an arm and a leg to stay here.

In general ok ish place... Not too bad for a single night stay with the price but can definitely do better. Will not come back.
Pros:
Great location. Very close to metro station line C and tram station. Walkable distance to the national museum. I like the window can be fully open and air conditioning is powerful. WiFi is quite fast. Receptionists speak fluent English.
Cons:
There are some hygiene issues. The water bottle provided for drinking water still has bread crumbs or whatever crumbs in the lid when I moved in (see photo). Clearly hasn't been washed 🤢. The dripping tray of the water machine in the corridor is always full (I discarded it twice the same day). When it's full, the water won't come out. No staff member is taking care of this. The room is quite small compared to Ibis room in other countries at the same level.
Note there is no fridge in the room.
In the bedroom there is no bin. I need to walk to the bathroom to throw away rubbish.

Definitely recommend and if I come back to Prague will stay again.
The given room was huge and clean. Even had kitchen. Also it was towards the backyard of hotel, so very peaceful.
The reception are generally kind, attentive 24 hours and speak English. Also helped to keep the luggage so I could use full day time. Moreover staff were willing to make up the room everyday and provided the bathroom amenities.
Location is also very good, 2 minute walk to Pavlova MRT, and some Trams. Also there is some affordable food stores and supermarkets within 5-10min walk. Towards the city center and old town there is around 25min walk. It’s a bit uphill sometimes but still considered very close.
Breakfast is only cold items and not a big variety, but is delicious and fresh.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room was clean and comfortable, the location was good, the price was not expensive, but the breakfast was too simple, and the difference between the other two hotels in Prague was a little different. The prices of the other two hotels are similar to those here, but the breakfast is good. Much more and the location is closer to the Old Town Square, so the price is not very high
GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious, has kitchen pantry for simple cooking and microwave. Slightly old interior but was neat. Service was average, the receptionist was willing to answer questions but not eager to help.
Location was alright, around 20-25 mins to old town by tram. However we did not find large supermarkets near the hotel, there were small convenience shops 3-5 mins away.

JJastanWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and having a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and utensils was a great convenience during our 4-night stay. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.
Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic - there was a supermarket just opposite and nearby, and it is within walking distance (800m) to the museum, opera house, and train station. Moreover, the proximity to the I P Pavlova tram and train station, just a 3-minute walk away, made getting around the city incredibly easy. Overall, a highly recommendable hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city!

GGuest UserThe hotel is showing its age; the bathroom lacked storage space or hooks for towels, and the smell in the bathroom was disgusting. The beds didn't have slatted frames, just boards, and the mattresses were worn out.
Breakfast was different in the two rooms. The second room down in the basement served the same thing two days a week; on the last day, we were able to get a seat in the first room; the selection there was good and solid.
Our room was in the basement, which didn't bother us at first, but it was very annoying when the air conditioning units were left on overnight. The hotel is also quite noisy.
Pros: Good connection to the old town, about a 20-minute walk away. There is also a lovely pedestrian zone nearby with shops and a beautiful church.
