The location is very convenient - close to the metro with plenty of restaurants nearby. Personally, I actually prefer this area over the Old Town. It feels more livable and less crowded. The only downside is that the hotel is located right next to the main road, so there can be some traffic noise. However, it didn’t really bother me - once I fell asleep, I slept through the night without any issues. Overall, communication with the hotel was easy and smooth. I had a great stay and would definitely come back!"

"It was an okay experience. The check-in was chaos, and found the reception staff to be rude, depending on who you get. I don't blame them, hotel seems to be cutting corners and not streamlining the check-in process. This just adds stress to the reception staff. Their management should look into this. I gave this place bonus points for the gym. The gym has a lot of equipment that one can work with. It's good for lifters, not much cardio equipment. I wouldn't stay here again. I wouldn't recommend. I stayed at 8 different hotels, and this one was the worst due to the service level."

"This is the best hotel and room I have stayed during my visit to Europe several country. The hotel was just within walking distance (around 300m from from Prague main train station) so you could easily access around. The receptionist also very well pleasant and polite, they well ready the room upon my arrival, truly appreciate. The room as located at the last floor of the building however it equipped with elevator, the room you can refer to the photos while make you feel like the second home when travel to Prague. Thank you very much and truly recommended!"
