"If you don't have a car, it's better to take Uber.
It will be difficult to bring your luggage to the hotel.
If you have a car, there is no place to park in the hotel.
You have to park on the street, but we paid 18 euros to the hotel.
When I checked in, the hotel staff informed me of the city hall site and said that I could pay for parking, but I could only pay in units of max 1 hour.
I paid for 1 hod not knowing that it was 1 hour and only lost 80czk.
When I told the hotel staff about this, the hotel told me that there was a spot available for parking until 12:00 the next day, and then I took it for 18 euros.
Great location for visiting Prague castle and monasteries.
Although the hotel is old, it has been remodeled inside and is clean.
Soap, shampoo, body wash, and body lotion are also available.
There is a refrigerator and air conditioning, and the breakfast is quite good.
The staff was on standby 24 hours a day, so there was nothing inconvenient except for parking."

"The hotel was very much expected, gave the attic room, the sun can be spilled into the room, the light is very good, the room is very large, it is also very close to the main station, there is free coffee, breakfast is good"
"We booked a triple family room with a living room, but the other bed was placed on a double sofa bed in the living room, leaving no space in the living room. The bed couldn't even fit the luggage. This hotel only sells double rooms, and the equipment is old. The photos uploaded by the hotel are distorted. Thanks to Trip.com for assisting with check-out. The hotel refused to refund my stay. I booked for four nights and left after one night. This hotel does not have barrier-free space. There are five steps at the entrance of the hotel. In fact, it can be improved by building a ramp, but they did not do it, so it can be seen that their internal facilities are also mediocre."
"The staffs were very friendly, in fact they arranged packed breakfast for us a bit early on request, as we had to take a trip by 07:00AM one day, overall location wise it’s very nearby from tram and metro station. I would definitely recommend the hotel."
"This is my first time in Prague and this is one expensive hotel (but I guess it's like this for all hotels in Prague). Location wise, it's is a walkable 15 minutes to the main train station or the metro station is only a few mintues away. The staff are really helpful. They helped planned my day's sightseeing! There are a few restaurants nearby but most still require about a 5 to 10 minute walk.
The room itself is very clean, spacious and come with all the usual amenities. I have some issues with getting hot water for showering on one of the day which was fixed quite promptly but I think the hot water is only satisfactory hot (and not like boiling hot). I stayed during the winter months so the AC in the room don't work. The building is centrally heated and the temperature adjustment is against the wall. It took me two days to figure this out though the temperature in my room was okay (so it doesn't really matter).
Overall, my stay has been pleasant and I will likely stay here again next time I'm in Prague (and I will be back. Prague is such a beautiful city). I'm hoping next time I won't need to fork out an arm and a leg to stay here."
"Easy access to central and sightseeing area except castle. There is a supermarket in the nearest station. Breakfast service is amazing."

Amazing
JJAGRUTIWell Accommodating and Courtesy Stay -
During a 3 day visit to Prague me and a friend of mine got our stay at B&B Prague. We are so glad that we had booking with them as they were quite accommodating with all requests, check-in for us was around 3 PM but then as we had early flight we hopped in to see if there is any possibility to have early check in but to our surprise it was fab they arranged room in no time so we had check-in around 10 AM. The property has elevators , a common sitting area to catch up with friends or family, and a dining area and all is well maintained. We had a bit of last moment booking yet the price wasn’t inflated considering the facilities and locality of the stay. It's located close to the city from Prague Airport we reached in 50 min or so by public transport and also it's easy to navigate so not an issue. Breakfast is complimentary but we felt it's more European taste bud oriented than continental one , but nonetheless they had few juice, toast, salads and jams for vegans. for Non Vegetarians there wouldn’t be an issue as such but yea its all the European cuisines. They do have parking facilities around 15-20 Euros per day that needs to be booked at least a day in advance considering the busy season as well ! Personally we didn’t use the paid parking facility as it was the weekend so we went for street parking that’s free which was quite in front of the property and it’s again them who suggested this, so they’re considerate of customers and just not money grabbers. Additional expenses apart from the booking fee we paid is city tax based on the number of days of stay we had. Restrooms are spacious, have basic essentials and good house keeping service as well . We did use their service of borrowing Iron box and board by paying a security deposit a nominal amount which is then paid back upon return. Also they do have laundry service but please do mind they have partnered with an external vendor and is available only over weekdays and not on weekends, so unfortunately we couldn’t use this service. Their staff is available 24/7 at reception so always at our service as required. Overall stay at B&B has been quite pleasant and worth paying price!

GGuest Userroom is excellent + daily cleaning services (excellent as well) + location wise is slight further from the city but TRAM/Metro no problem at all + nearby there is a giant mall with everything you need! Will come back again to this hotel.
AAnonymous UserRidiculous staff refused to return stored luggage
I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room, facilities, and the staff who checked us in on the first day and greeted us at breakfast were nice. When I checked out on Friday, Sep 13, a staff member even offered to store our luggage before we asked. Everything was satisfactory up until this point.
Later that afternoon, we returned to the hotel and asked a middle-aged male staff member at the front desk to retrieve our luggage. He said we could not get our luggage until 4 pm, pointing to my storage receipt, which had a number 4 on it. I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule or any reason why a hotel would refuse to return stored belongings to their owners at any time of day. It just didn’t make any sense.
We repeated our simple request, and my friend added that it was an emergency—we already had a taxi waiting outside (parking was difficult, and it was raining heavily), and we didn’t have much time to get to the train station to catch our FlixBus at 3 pm. Still, the male staff member refused again, with a stern expression, repeating the same nonsensical reason.
Running out of time and patience, my friend yelled, “Are you kidding me?” At that point, the staff member finally admitted he was joking and took us to the storage room to retrieve our luggage. We were in such a hurry that I didn’t have the time or presence of mind to confront him further.
If the hotel values feedback, I hope this male staff member is made aware that this “joke” was not appreciated and that his behavior was highly disrespectful of our time.
Our sense of urgency was clear—if he knowingly decided to “tease” us in that moment, it shows a completely unacceptable level of disrespect.
I don’t intend to discourage people from booking this hotel, and it’s unfortunate, as all the other staff we encountered and everything else about the hotel were otherwise excellent. This one staff member, however, turned what could have been a perfect experience into an unpleasant one.

Very Good
GGuest UserFantastic hotel just opposite the metro line!!
Breakfast was out if this world with complimentary prosecco!!
Beds super comfy, staff friendly highly recommend
PpkucoolThe hotel is small but very quiet, clean and the breakfast is rich, including various fruits, yogurt, bread, smoked meat, etc. The guy at the front desk is very handsome. It is about 5 minutes away from the tram, which is convenient for travel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location. The front desk service is friendly. The room has a nice view. It is clean and sanitary. The minibar is also good. However, if you say it is a five-star hotel, it feels a little bit inferior to other five-star hotels. But it is still good. It is worth recommending.

Very Good
Ddaniel-maThe room is slightly smaller, but the breakfast is very rich and there are quiche for the Chinese. Sports facilities, bar is very full, driving to the city of Prague as long as a quarter of an hour. Very good vacation choice
GGuest UserOur stay here was mixed at best. We loved the location and felt the beds were comfy but the other guests at the hostel were a bit inconsiderate when we stayed and there is an opportunity to improve service and amenities.
We checked in late at the bar but the bartender was more keen on selling beer and we stood in line at the bar counter for about 10 minutes before he acknowledged us and while locals cut in the line in front of us. It took another 10 minutes for him to hand us the paperwork to check in. I was kind of disappointed because I filled in a pre check in before coming to Prague and the check in paperwork was asking for the details I had filled out online from their online check in sent over email. The bar is not a reception and it clearly says that in the communication sent but it would be nice to have the towels in our room so we could at least shower after a late check in.
We booked a private room with two twin beds and it was nice enough. It was one of the cheapest options in the city we could do when staying in Prague for New Year's Eve. The room had a couple of chairs and a couple of tables/desks. The wifi was decent and there were a number of plugins throughout the room which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfy and heat is provided through a radiator. There was one quilt for each bed which was enough for me but my wife was very cold and it is chilly in December. There are extra blankets at reception but that was closed so my wife wore her warm clothes to bed and used my sweater as a blanket. I would suggest in the winter months or for guests with late check in that they provide blankets and towels in the room for guests.
The toilets and bathrooms are shared. There were two toilets in our area labelled as room 1 and room 2 and it is unclear if the hostel had the intention that room 1 toilet be used by room 1 guests but both were left open and were mostly available during our stay. There was one shower on our floor and and it had a large towel warmer and some body wash/shampoo dispenser. We would recommend bringing your own bath products and some flip flops while staying here.
The boys renting the other room came in around 2:30 am and were not respectful of the quiet hours set between 23:00-6:00. The walls and doors here are pretty thin within the flat and the noise comes through easily. They used both toilets, peed on the seats and left them unflushed on more than one occasion during our stay. I had to go out to use the toilet our first night and that's when they said ”I don't think we are alone” and went into their room to keep talking. They came back drunk and loud each night during our stay but not as loud as the first night at least. They also may not have realized (or didn't care) that the shower room was shared and left their towels, toiletries and even their underwear on the towel rack during our stay. This group really took away our enjoyment of this property during our stay but otherwise it is a decent hostel in a good location. At least this group kept the kitchen clean and washed their own dishes.
There was a common area in our flat which had a kitchen and an exercise machine. The kitchen had a table with seating for four and enough cutlery and dishes to go around. It had a cooking stove/hob, fridge and kettle. They provide dish soap and cleaning cloths/sponges too.
Reception is open between 8 am and 10 am so we got the extra blankets my wife needed and towels for showering. The staff at reception were helpful and efficient during our stay. The daily cleaning was nice and the cleaning lady was very thorough with the flooring in the common area which was appreciated. You can also borrow hair dryers from here if needed to. They do collect a deposit for items borrowed like the keys but they didn't collect a deposit for the towels or blankets despite signage saying that they do.
The location of the hostel was fantastic. It was a short walk to major attractions in Prague like Charles Bridge an

PPetr PohlRoom was clean, not much lit. Missing free outlet, or outlet near bed. Only free outlets were one in the enterance room and one in the bathroom.
There was a gap under the front door with light from the yard under the door.
Internet wi-fi was not fast (down 12 / up 11 Mbit) but stable. TV was showing only 10 german, 2 czech and 1 russian channel.
No instant coffee bags, but there was electric cattle, free tee bags (2 fruit, 2 black) and sugar bags.
Water taps in the sink and shower are separated, and it takes some time to set required temperature.
Not sure if the ladder radiator in the bathroom was working properly when turned on to maximum.
Tiles in the entrence and bathroom were cold.
Breakfast was delicios and with wide choice.
