"This hotel was absolutely terrible. I checked in at noon, so it wasn't a late arrival, but the front desk staff was dismissive the entire time. They repeatedly ignored our questions, busy with their own tasks, and never once asked about our room preferences. We were given a small room on the ground floor right next to the restaurant. It was barely big enough for a double bed, so cramped you could hardly turn around. The restaurant noise was constant all night, and the soundproofing was practically non-existent, making it impossible to get any rest. I clearly stated I didn't want a double bed, but the staff twisted my words, claiming I hadn't made the request in advance and completely shirked responsibility. After getting into the room, I found stains on the sheets, indicating poor hygiene. By then, it was past midnight, and the thought of going through the hassle of changing rooms was too exhausting, so I just had to put up with it. Their service was completely biased: warm and patient with local and Western tourists, but cold and perfunctory towards Chinese guests. The room's facilities, cleanliness, and service were all subpar across the board. There was no positive stay experience whatsoever. I would not recommend this hotel to any domestic tourists."

"The hotel has a very convenient location. The train station is nearby, the historical center is a ten-minute walk away. The room is spacious and stylish. There are toiletries, disposable slippers, a coffee machine, sparkling and still water, a minibar with a variety of drinks. And everything is free. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white, the pillows are large and comfortable. The price includes a fairly good breakfast. The staff is friendly. They advised us where to eat deliciously and what interesting things to see! If I am in Prague again, I will stay here again!"
