"It was an okay experience. The check-in was chaos, and found the reception staff to be rude, depending on who you get. I don't blame them, hotel seems to be cutting corners and not streamlining the check-in process. This just adds stress to the reception staff. Their management should look into this. I gave this place bonus points for the gym. The gym has a lot of equipment that one can work with. It's good for lifters, not much cardio equipment. I wouldn't stay here again. I wouldn't recommend. I stayed at 8 different hotels, and this one was the worst due to the service level."

"A very comfortable hotel! We even extended our stay for another night. It's super close to the city center, and you can easily walk to sights like the Powder Tower and the Astronomical Clock. There are tons of attractions along the way if you enjoy a city walk. The only downside was that check-in was a bit difficult with no clear directions. Also, for our two-day stay, the complimentary bottled water wasn't in the room, and despite them saying it was delivered, it never appeared."
