Best Prague Spa Hotels

The hotel is in an excellent location and the food is great. The rooms are very small. and charge even for a bottle of water that is in the minibar In addition to this, they told us in the morning that it would be possible to do a late checkout, then after 10 minutes they told us no and that we would have to pay an extra night if we wanted to stay. And they will give us a discount of 40 dollars. I think that if they make such a mistake they need to absorb it and not cause discomfort on the part of the customer.

I have 2 bookings and one of the booking was cancelled but don’t know why and reception couldn’t give me an answer. I was very frustrated, why my rooms were canceled when it’s all paid for. Overall for a Hilton chain brand, reception was very unprofessional.

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The location is very good. You can walk to several famous attractions and there are many restaurants nearby. The overall location is good. The front desk reception is very enthusiastic!

Staff at the hotel is very professional and helpful, location is great, 15 mins by taxi to old town, also there is a parking area and room was very clean and tidy and breakfast was amazing lots of options , was happy that there was lots of vegetables

There is a swimming pool in the hotel, which is a bit small, but it is okay if only two or three people can use it at the same time. The location is very good, very close to the main square, and the breakfast is rich in variety. Highly recommended!

This hotel was renovated from a rich man's house. It's really special and nice. The rooms are very spacious and the ceilings are high. My mom really liked it. The staff is also very friendly!! The location is very close to Charles Bridge, so it was easy to get around. It's a 10-minute walk to the Astronomical Clock.

Nice location. Super near to many attractions. Very bad service? I forgot to bring my charger and was trying to ask for the customer service for help. They are not willing to at first🥲 The hotel is nice. However, it doesn’t have the remote control for the air conditioner 😅 very big bathroom.

The location is absolutely, very close to the train station, and it is only about 20 minutes walk to the lively city center and the bridge. The room was clean and comfortable, overall good, similar to the photo. There are several stairs at the main entrance of the hotel, so pay attention to the large luggage. The weather is not hot or cold, but the hotel does not have air conditioning and constant temperature, only heating, no windows, open air circulation, but afraid of insecurity. Bluetooth music can't be connected, and there is no TV to watch, which is a bit strange.
