The location is unbeatable! There are two tram stops nearby, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. I visited during the off-season, so there weren't many guests on my floor, which was fine. However, my room was right in front of the elevator, so I had to keep the curtains closed all day. I imagine it would be quite bothersome to have a room near the elevator during peak season. I don't know about other rooms, but if you're someone who spends a lot of time in your accommodation, I wouldn't recommend getting a room without a view. Despite that, the location is so excellent that I would definitely book here again if I return.

Absolutely one of the best places to stay in Europe, i have been traveling in Europe for 3 weeks and this hotel was the first place I’ve stayed that actually had great customer service from the minute I arrived to the wrong door Mr Allan helped us find our way in. Will be staying here every time.

Guest UserWe paid a little extra for the suite and did not regret it. The room was spacious with a stunning view of the old town (photo). The bathroom was lovely.
The bed was super comfy, amenities were good although the coffee and tea didn’t get topped up.
We had to get maintenance up on the first evening as the thermostat was very high and would not go downs he couldn’t fix it so we slept with the windows open but it was okay as the area was quite quiet. Staff were friendly. Would highly recommend.

Nice big rooms, and big beds, relatively comfortable beds. Location is ok with 2 supermarkets very nearby. Hilton hotel is directly opposite. Most tourist attractions are not very far away. There is a good Chinese restaurant called Moon in Prague, around 9-10 minutes walk away.
The curtains let in light a bit from the top all night. The shower is not good it's very squashed, i could barely turn around in the shower and the hand held showerhead is low, a lot of water goes out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink is good with a big counter.
Prague is a more lively and active city that Budapest, especially at night. We liked the Mucha exhibition, although not many artworks, because we are fans of art nouveau.

We had a great stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers. The service was phenomenal from start to finish, and the rooms were very well cleaned every day, which really stood out.
Food and drinks at the hotel are a bit more expensive compared to prices in the city, but the convenience and wide selection make it worthwhile, especially after a long day. The elevators are fast, so staying on a higher floor is no issue at all.
The room was spacious, with large comfortable beds and a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. If you stay higher up, the views are open and very enjoyable. The spa located at the top of the building is a highlight, and having access to Thai massage on site is a big plus.
There is also a gym with modern equipment. It is not very large, but more than enough to stay active during a trip.
Parking is plentiful at the hotel and included, which is a big advantage. There is also a metro station right outside the hotel, making it very easy and quick to get into the city center.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and honestly nothing to complain about. Overall, a high-quality hotel with great comfort, service, and facilities. I would happily stay here again.

Guest UserAlthough the location is a bit far from the city center, requiring a tram ride for three stops after exiting the subway, the hotel is right at the tram stop, which is quite convenient. Prague isn't that big anyway, so you can walk to most places. The room had all the basic necessities, and overall, it was pretty good.

K-KHWe booked three rooms for a group of six and stayed for three nights. Upon check-in, we immediately found that the rooms were significantly smaller than what we had booked. After having contacted front desk and Trip.com, rooms cannot be changed and we were only offered very minimal compensation without clear explanation for the discrepancy in room size. We felt very frustrated not to mention the time wasted seeking for remedies.
The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring main attractions but several aspects of our stay did not meet expectations. 1. Room Size & Cleanliness: The room was small and the overall cleanliness was below average. For instance, the hairdryer full of fingerprints and grease (no hygiene bag) is put right next to clean bath towels. 2. Privacy Concern: An uninvited housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to promote a €25 hotel branded teddy bear, which is totally unacceptable and lack of respect for privacy. 3. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a wide selection but it was served in the bar area (where is the main entrance of the hotel to reach hotel front desk) and mezzanine floor with fairly limited seats. Food was laid over bartender’s countertop that created a chaotic and stressful environment especially during the breakfast peak hours. 4. Security Concern: As the hotel was modernised from a historic building, there are structural limitations e.g. the staff / housekeeping lift and dedicated lift to the rooftop bar share the same lift lobby for hotel rooms. The bar lift somehow also provides access to hotel room floors. This poses security concerns since non-hotel/bar guests could potentially access hotel rooms without any security checks.
This hotel would suit travelers who prioritize location than any things else. Based on our experiences, it should not be classified as a five star as it claims for.

Guest UserThe hotel facilities are quite new and fully functional, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is commendable, with a good variety and high quality of ingredients, and they even offer welcome sparkling wine/rosé. My only regret is that the menu was the same every day, so after 4 days, I lost interest. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, less than a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the subway, and major attractions are also within walking distance.

You absolutely *must* try the breakfast! The ingredients themselves are exceptional. You can enjoy a leisurely meal in a quiet and spacious setting, and it was, without a doubt, the best breakfast I've ever had in my life. The hotel itself was also superb, and I really appreciated how attentive and dedicated the staff were to making sure everything was taken care of.
