This hostel is located right next to Charles Bridge. I stayed in a dormitory. The room was comfortable, and the kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator, and the bathroom were clean! The only disappointing thing was that when I was relaxing in the bed I was shown, a person who had just returned from sightseeing got angry and said, ”That's my bed! Why are you sleeping there!?” I explained that the staff had just shown me to my bed, but they didn't seem to understand and we had a bit of a fight. I didn't want to sleep in someone else's bed either, but they got angry at me...I understand that it's a dormitory, so there are all kinds of things...But I explained the situation to the staff and they understood. I used up a lot of energy... If it weren't for that, I think I would have a comfortable stay.

We loved this hotel, university students do reside here we think, but this didn’t cause any trouble. No noise or disturbances. Although this is a little out of the centre, it is a 2 min walk from the tram stop which is so easy and cheap to get in to the town, only 15 mins. This was perfect as the trams are so regular. The hotel room its self was like a little apartment, we had fridge and microwave and cooker. They are very big. Bed wasn’t the comfiest and we had separate beds but we would recommend this hotel. The space is a real bonus. They also have washing machine and dryer facility’s on site

The transport links from the centre are ideal. There are several tram connections every few minutes to the city centre and all the sights. The hostel has 24-hour check-in with a living room atmosphere. There is a delicious coffee for little money. There is a courtyard garden where you can sit under the trees (and drink a beer in the sun, for example). Large cellar bar. The house is clean and has a sophisticated feel. My room with lots of windows had six single beds. Freshly made, it was a pleasure to sleep in. All in all, I felt very comfortable. The international staff were very friendly, service-oriented and always helpful. This 7th district in Prague is interesting. A former heavy industry district with factories and warehouses has been transformed into a great trendy district with lots of cafes, bistros, restaurants, all kinds of shops and boutiques. Ambience. I liked everything there.

Apartment has a good location, a large room and allows cooking. All check-ins are self-check-in, there is no front desk service, but there are self-service washing machines.

The hostel is tidy and they clean the rooms every morning. The receptionists are also very helpful and friendly, you can ask them about anything and they're always ready to help. About the location, it's not the best but also definitely not bad. It's easy to find the hostel and there's a tram stop just 5 minutes away from the hostel, where you can take a tram to the center and other parts of the city. Although the pool and sauna were overall good, the pool is neither heated nor does it look as good as in the official pictures. In reality it's a bit cold and there are cracks on the walls which might look unwelcoming at first sight. Finally, it's not a youth hostel. And in our opinion, it's not the place to be if you want to socialize.

Breakfast is relatively simple, but it is basically enough. There are no sausages or meat. The center is two or three kilometers away, right? The service staff is more enthusiastic, there is a kitchen on each floor, and you can cook by yourself, which is good

The apartment is perfect for the price. Send all your documents i.e. passport and selfie in enough time for a smooth check in. Easy to access room/ building with a code released at check in time- no key. Building beautiful, courtyard at the back, pub opposite and convenience shop next door. Parking tricky but always found a space nearby. 5min walk to Museum and main shopping street. From there tourist spots such as Astronomical Clock on the main square are a straight walk down. Visited in winter so snowy and cold, outdoor eating possible as they provide blankets and heaters at most restaurants. Rented a car opposite the main train station. Drove to Bratislava also, it's just over 3 hours. From there Vienna was 1 hour. Well worth considering we did it in a day. More time spent in Vienna as it's huge! Felt safe in the Prague, used Bolt for taxis and public transport pass was £10 for 72 hours.

Our stay here was mixed at best. We loved the location and felt the beds were comfy but the other guests at the hostel were a bit inconsiderate when we stayed and there is an opportunity to improve service and amenities. We checked in late at the bar but the bartender was more keen on selling beer and we stood in line at the bar counter for about 10 minutes before he acknowledged us and while locals cut in the line in front of us. It took another 10 minutes for him to hand us the paperwork to check in. I was kind of disappointed because I filled in a pre check in before coming to Prague and the check in paperwork was asking for the details I had filled out online from their online check in sent over email. The bar is not a reception and it clearly says that in the communication sent but it would be nice to have the towels in our room so we could at least shower after a late check in. We booked a private room with two twin beds and it was nice enough. It was one of the cheapest options in the city we could do when staying in Prague for New Year's Eve. The room had a couple of chairs and a couple of tables/desks. The wifi was decent and there were a number of plugins throughout the room which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfy and heat is provided through a radiator. There was one quilt for each bed which was enough for me but my wife was very cold and it is chilly in December. There are extra blankets at reception but that was closed so my wife wore her warm clothes to bed and used my sweater as a blanket. I would suggest in the winter months or for guests with late check in that they provide blankets and towels in the room for guests. The toilets and bathrooms are shared. There were two toilets in our area labelled as room 1 and room 2 and it is unclear if the hostel had the intention that room 1 toilet be used by room 1 guests but both were left open and were mostly available during our stay. There was one shower on our floor and and it had a large towel warmer and some body wash/shampoo dispenser. We would recommend bringing your own bath products and some flip flops while staying here. The boys renting the other room came in around 2:30 am and were not respectful of the quiet hours set between 23:00-6:00. The walls and doors here are pretty thin within the flat and the noise comes through easily. They used both toilets, peed on the seats and left them unflushed on more than one occasion during our stay. I had to go out to use the toilet our first night and that's when they said ”I don't think we are alone” and went into their room to keep talking. They came back drunk and loud each night during our stay but not as loud as the first night at least. They also may not have realized (or didn't care) that the shower room was shared and left their towels, toiletries and even their underwear on the towel rack during our stay. This group really took away our enjoyment of this property during our stay but otherwise it is a decent hostel in a good location. At least this group kept the kitchen clean and washed their own dishes. There was a common area in our flat which had a kitchen and an exercise machine. The kitchen had a table with seating for four and enough cutlery and dishes to go around. It had a cooking stove/hob, fridge and kettle. They provide dish soap and cleaning cloths/sponges too. Reception is open between 8 am and 10 am so we got the extra blankets my wife needed and towels for showering. The staff at reception were helpful and efficient during our stay. The daily cleaning was nice and the cleaning lady was very thorough with the flooring in the common area which was appreciated. You can also borrow hair dryers from here if needed to. They do collect a deposit for items borrowed like the keys but they didn't collect a deposit for the towels or blankets despite signage saying that they do. The location of the hostel was fantastic. Advantages: - clean small room - tasty breakfast (especially the small croissants, they were probably the best I've ever eaten - like home-made) - nice and helpful people at the reception Disadvantages: - I couldn't open the window because I could hear the renovation going on - the window was a bit too small, although there were absolutely no views outside the window - you could hear everything when someone was talking in the corridor - only the people at the reception seem to know English Just right if you don't plan on staying in the hotel all day, but going out to explore the city.

The hotel is located near the central square, not far from the central station. There are restaurants such as McDonald's nearby, and you can walk to check-in locations such as the Astronomical Clock. It is not easy to find at the door of the hotel. You can navigate to the neighborhood and ask the surrounding residents.
