Tina ChewAll the staff are very nice keep the room and all the places clean.
Unforgettable their smile make my day in Prague warm.
Just one thing is our room is level 4 without lift.
The location is very near tram and mini market and Chinese restaurant near by.
High recommended for tourists stay.

LvxingdebadanmuThis was the best hotel of my entire Europe trip! The facilities were top-notch, super clean, and tastefully designed. I loved how well the space was utilized and the thoughtful details in the room. The service was excellent, and the breakfast selection was great. I genuinely enjoyed my stay! The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transport and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend! I rarely write reviews, but this hotel really gave me some hope for good value accommodations in Europe.

Guest UserMy mother was incredibly impressed with this hotel. The stay was seamless from the start; you check in yourself using a door code provided to you. Every area of the hotel is bright, spotless, and smells amazing.
While they don't serve a traditional hotel breakfast, there is a charming cafe downstairs that serves delicious breakfast options.
We booked a Double Studio, and the room was much larger than I expected.
It features:
• Living Area: A spacious lounge with a large TV and a modern lighting and climate control system.
• Full Kitchen: It’s fully equipped with everything you need—a microwave, electric stove, kettle, and coffee machine. It’s perfect if you want to buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook for yourself.
• Dining Space: There is a large dining table that’s perfect for both eating and working comfortably.
• Bathroom: Spacious, clean, with great water pressure and a steady supply of hot water.
The location is unbeatable. You are just a 10-minute walk to the Astronomical Clock, 15 minutes to Charles Bridge, and you can even walk all the way up to Prague Castle.
Being right in the heart of the Old Town makes everything so easy. When you get tired from sightseeing, you can just pop back to the room for a rest. Trust me, it’s much better than staying at a cheaper hotel further out and wasting time commuting back and forth.
This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. If you’re visiting Prague, I highly recommend this place!

The only downside was the check-in/check-out times, otherwise everything was great.

王木About a 10-minute walk from the train station, it's located near a very bustling commercial area with lots of foot traffic. I'd give the kitchen a perfect 100 — it was incredibly clean and tidy. Although it was an 8-person dorm room, there was still plenty of space, and the beautiful garden bar was a huge plus. I'm very satisfied! 👍🏻

BAIYANGNice hotel, good location, close to the Old Town Square, 17 minutes walk. The room is small and breakfast can satisfy the needs. The facilities are equivalent to the level of domestic Samsung, and the health is higher than that of domestic Samsung.

Guest UserThis hotel's location is its strongest point - its a single tram ride to the Old town or the main train station. It does go down-hill from this point on.
The weakest point of this hotel is the staff. The receptionist (fair hair, glasses, on duty afternoon 25/09/25 and morning 26/09/25) was positively rude, and it marred the whole experience of the stay in this hotel. When I enquired about the breakfast options (continental vs. cooked) the reply I got was: 'explain the difference'. When I asked about the tram number to the Old town's main square, the reply was ' you have to read the signs on the tram stop'. When I asked to put the suitcase in the storeroom, a very stern (if not aggressive): 'you bring me the key back immediately' was hurled at me... During the 24 hour stay, there wasn't a single person (reception/catering/housekeeping staff) who smiled and/or made you feel welcome. Similar feedbacks have been posted previously, and obviously nothing nothing has changed, so please be prepared for the similar treatment.
The breakfast experience was awful. The photos are misleading, the drawing posters are no longer on the wall and the room feels cold and unwelcoming. At 9 AM finding a free table was a challenge, and I witnessed people sharing large tables put together, instead of single tables being provided. You get your drinks from one room and food from the other - in the meantime, someone else has taken your table. The plates provided were a joke, dessert plates of 10 cm in size, so as to make people get up and refill from buffet!
Scramble egg tray (just about the only edible food) was empty at the peak time (9 AM). This situation could've been easily avoided with a bit of communication between the reception and the kitchen, in terms of guest numbers.
WIFI was just about adequate.
Overall, really unpleasant experience and they will not be getting my custom again. Advice: pay few Euros more and book elsewhere!

Kee Thong HoThe hotel is 5min walk away from the tram station Stepanska, being away from the main circuit of the old town means you will have some level of peace at the night.
The room is clean with only some level of hot water tuning is required everytime but not really a big nuisance, the TV is able to connect to Bluetooth for you to watch your movies through phone and speaker through the TV.
The washing machine and dryer is free of charge only need you to stay awake for the long cleaning cycle, do bring your own detergents.
I like the service of the hotel being the fact the receptionist is very helpful to my request on lending the phone call due to emergency. Staying at the hotel also grant you 10% discount to the Wellness Center on basement - do give it a try, it relaxes you on a long journey
.
Overall I like the stay on Mamaison and do not regret my choice of stay in Prague with this hotel.

Guest UserGreat location! It's super convenient for dining and getting around on public transport. The room is incredibly spacious with large windows offering fantastic views, which was definitely my favorite part. The amenities provided are very comprehensive. Just a heads-up, the bathroom has a bathtub, and the lighting fixtures are a bit unique, so taller guests might need to be careful. There's no air conditioning, but a fan is provided. The only downside is that the elevator is extremely noisy when it's operating.
