Prague Hotels with Balcony

All the staff are very nice keep the room and all the places clean. Unforgettable their smile make my day in Prague warm. Just one thing is our room is level 4 without lift. The location is very near tram and mini market and Chinese restaurant near by. High recommended for tourists stay.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I really liked it! The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

My mother was incredibly impressed with this hotel. The stay was seamless from the start; you check in yourself using a door code provided to you. Every area of the hotel is bright, spotless, and smells amazing. While they don't serve a traditional hotel breakfast, there is a charming cafe downstairs that serves delicious breakfast options. We booked a Double Studio, and the room was much larger than I expected. It features: • Living Area: A spacious lounge with a large TV and a modern lighting and climate control system. • Full Kitchen: It’s fully equipped with everything you need—a microwave, electric stove, kettle, and coffee machine. It’s perfect if you want to buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook for yourself. • Dining Space: There is a large dining table that’s perfect for both eating and working comfortably. • Bathroom: Spacious, clean, with great water pressure and a steady supply of hot water. The location is unbeatable. You are just a 10-minute walk to the Astronomical Clock, 15 minutes to Charles Bridge, and you can even walk all the way up to Prague Castle. Being right in the heart of the Old Town makes everything so easy. When you get tired from sightseeing, you can just pop back to the room for a rest. Trust me, it’s much better than staying at a cheaper hotel further out and wasting time commuting back and forth. This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. If you’re visiting Prague, I highly recommend this place!

From initial booking the hotel staff were efficient. I dealt with the hotel direct to organise airport transfers. I was booking for a party of 6 and we were not all travelling together. Each of the three transfers from the airport were on time and the driver easily located. The return journeys were equally good. The location is extremely well positioned, being only a 2 minute walk from Charles Bridge. The hotel interior was very spacious and extremely well kept and clean. The rooms looked to have been pretty recently updated with lovely en-suite bathrooms. I had travelled lightly with hand luggage only, so the toiletries were very welcome as was the coffee/tea & kettle. There was a digital safe and a fridge which could be stocked at an extra cost. The rooms were as warm or cool as you wished being controlled by thermostat and there was a constant supply of hot water. The breakfast was absolutely great. If you are looking for a full English then look elsewhere but bacon, egg and beans was always available. There was different types of bread, cereals, jams, fruit, yoghurts, cheeses, a vast selection of cakes and cooked vegetables together with quiche and sliced meats Also dairy milk as well as non-dairy I could have sat and eaten all day long. My only gripe was that the bar was not constantly manned by bar staff. This task was carried out by the receptionist on duty and there was not an actual area for the bar, merely a few bar stools positioned at the bar itself, which was located between two eating areas. so not a cosy spot to socialise in the evening. Would I return to this hotel again - MOST CERTAINLY!!

The hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special. We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more. A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time. We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.

The only downside was the check-in/check-out times, otherwise everything was great.

There was one big problem at the hotel, it was almost always smelling food (frying fish or anything else) even in the rooms. If you are planning to stay at this hotel, never take the rooms above kitchen, take rooms at higher floors. Ours was 205, and cooking odors were filling into our room straight from the kitchen to our bathroom and then the room itself beginning from 05:00 AM. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and couldn't have rest, though beds were quite good. You will not feel comfortable sitting at the reception or at the bar as well, as there is that disgusting kitchen odors all around almost all the day. One more thing we did not like as well, the deposit of €100 upon check-in, though we made all the payment beforehand. We have checked out for two days already, and this €100 has not been refunded yet. The staff is very helpful and professional. Special thanks to beautiful Ms. Veronica 😊 Many city attractions are in a walking distance from the hotel, many good shops are around, so that you can do your shopping.

Nice hotel, good location, close to the Old Town Square, 17 minutes walk. The room is small and breakfast can satisfy the needs. The facilities are equivalent to the level of domestic Samsung, and the health is higher than that of domestic Samsung.

The hotel is 5min walk away from the tram station Stepanska, being away from the main circuit of the old town means you will have some level of peace at the night. The room is clean with only some level of hot water tuning is required everytime but not really a big nuisance, the TV is able to connect to Bluetooth for you to watch your movies through phone and speaker through the TV. The washing machine and dryer is free of charge only need you to stay awake for the long cleaning cycle, do bring your own detergents. I like the service of the hotel being the fact the receptionist is very helpful to my request on lending the phone call due to emergency. Staying at the hotel also grant you 10% discount to the Wellness Center on basement - do give it a try, it relaxes you on a long journey . Overall I like the stay on Mamaison and do not regret my choice of stay in Prague with this hotel.

Great location! It's super convenient for dining and getting around on public transport. The room is incredibly spacious with large windows offering fantastic views, which was definitely my favorite part. The amenities provided are very comprehensive. Just a heads-up, the bathroom has a bathtub, and the lighting fixtures are a bit unique, so taller guests might need to be careful. There's no air conditioning, but a fan is provided. The only downside is that the elevator is extremely noisy when it's operating.
