A lovely clean recently refurbished room. Friendly staff, they were all very good, will metion Claire manager and Michelle housekeeping. Easy access and near Tesco so easy for provisions. Not noisy at all despite being next to Southend airport.

Receptionist very friendly and welcoming. The room is a bit dated and showing signs that it needs decorating. Paint peeling off ceiling in bathroom. Bed very comfortable as always in premier inns. Got a great night sleep. Free parking on site with ample of parking spaces.

Decent room which was brand new and and the bed and pillows were comfortable l. Decent shower. The shower was nice. Had breakfast in the beef eater next door and for £10.99 was nice with a really good selection. All the staff were polite. Only down side was the lift didn't work but wasn't an issue. Would stay again as its right by the air port.

I stayed here for 3 nights whilst working in the area. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable as you'd expect from a standard Premier inn. Unfortunately, I was working nightshifts. There is currently building work going on which resulted in me not being able to sleep, on the few occasions that I went to reception to see if I could get a room on the lower floor there wasnt anyone there. Other than the building work and absence of staff overall the hotel is ok. Free parking on site, Tesco just a few minutes walk and a Beefeater next door.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Reception staff were amazing. On it and so fun, made our check in a super experience. What more can I say...great time and thank you so much.............nothing else to say really. Ok staff lovely, room lovely,

The sheets are not big enough to tuck in (as mattresses are deep which is lovely) thus getting a very uncomfortable night's sleep as sheets ruche up and there are also no fastenings on the duvet covers which results in the cover separating from the duvet. Very strange and such a shame. The sheets do definitely need changing at the very least so that they fit! The car park was full of very large and other varying sized builders vans & trucks and it was difficult to park safely

The receptionists were very welcoming and could not do enough for us. On arrival they gave our daughter a little welcoming gift which was something and nothing but she loved it. When she lost said gift the staff went above and beyond to ensure it was replaced.

Our second time of staying here, as it is conveniently placed for a family visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was exactly what we would expect; clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, whoever was in the room above us had no concept of moving quietly around their room!
