Location is great near the airport, but you would need to walk on the grass if you want to walk from the airport there is no sidewalk. Free shuttle is available upon request from the hotel to the airport.
Room is spacious and comfortable, but the hotel itself seems a little bit aged.

The hotel is right next to the airport, with complete facilities and convenient transportation. There is an airport shuttle bus, which is suitable for passengers with early and late flights to stay. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the hygiene is good.

The hotel is literally just a stone's throw from the airport. Despite its location and the incredibly easy shuttle (which doesn't even cost anything), I wouldn't want to spend a long time there. The windows aren't particularly soundproof, and given its location on the main road, you should definitely request a room at the back when checking in. The room and bathroom were quite clean! The breakfast was so-so. But the value for money is good!

Convenient and very comfortable hotel adjacent to Pristina Airport. Large, clean, modern rooms with en suite. Bedding was high quality and and had 2 small, firm pillows and 2 larger medium-soft pillows. Free, fast internet. TV had a variety of European channels as well as BBC news. Hotel has a full-service bar and restaurant with a diverse menu. Although a full breakfast is provided beginning at 0800, the hotel also provides a box breakfast for those departing earlier. Free airport shuttle will take you to Pristina International at time of your choice. From check-in to checkout all the hotel staff I dealt with were polite and exceedingly helpful. Kudos especially to Reception agent Mjellma who offered me her computer to print out my boarding tickets! NB: Taxi drivers in Pristina won't recognize "Best Western Hotel". Instead ask them to take you to the "Galla Hotel at the airport".

It's a good airport hotel close to airport with free shuttle from/to airport. Very nice staff at reception. They provided options for early breakfast. Free upgrade of room. Plenty of parking if needed.
