Excellent hotel, i highly recommended

The area of lobby it’s empty no sofa no decoration I think the furniture for room is standard not luxury I mean all the hotels need more decor and more luxury furniture

We checked in 2nd April. Check out 6th April. It’s flown by. Here with mum and my siblings. The staff are attentive, rooms clean and spacious. We asked for extra duvet due to chilly nights. location quiet no roaring traffic. Close to local shops (15 minute walk). Sun loungers are allocated so no towels to hog the “best” spot. We stayed half board, lots of choice. We had lunch a couple of times I’d recommend the crusted salmon. Rooms are spacious. I’d deffo stay here again.

We went as a couple to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and found this to be an absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were brilliant. Receptionists and porters so helpful. The room was clean and well-appointed with a nice balcony, though we swapped from our initial room because the WiFi wasn't working well, even after a team came to repair it. Our request to change rooms was managed quickly and professionally by the reception and portering team, and we were soon in a new room. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed. We appreciated the daily water replenishment, the wine that greeted us in the room because it was our anniversary, and my husband loved the chocolates in the evening. The food was outstanding. I have a food allergy (cow's milk) and could not have been better catered to, with several options at each meal. Sous Chef Petros took brilliant care of me and managed to produce gorgeous dairy-free desserts every night. The Head Chef was also lovely, along with Daniel, who cooked lovely milk-free scrambled eggs and omelettes at breakfast. The restaurant management team and waiting staff (with just one exception) were cheerful, helpful and attentive, and we loved the food in the buffet restaurant so much that we didn't even try the dine around facility. The one negative encounter we had is worth mentioning only so I can share the hotel's fabulous response to it. One of the wine waitresses is clearly in need of further training. (The other 99.99% of the staff are brilliant.) After a few frustrating encounters with the same woman, we went to reception about something she had said/done that didn't quite make sense to us. Within moments, the Food and Catering Manager came over to explain, apologise, and buy us a drink. Perfect response. We were already impressed with the hotel, but this cemented it. The sunbed allocation system makes things stress-free, and it was brilliant to not have the ridiculous situation where people leave towels all day, and those actually wanting to sit outside are unable to find a space. We swapped sunbeds a couple of times, and it worked really well for us. All in, we would thoroughly recommend, and will absolutely go back.

The cleanliness of the hotel is second to none. The rooms are very spacious as is the bathroom. The walk in shower has a choice of overhead shower or handheld one, both equally powerful. The huge bed was very comfortable and the room had everything you could possible need. Loved the modern idea of pressing a button for do not disturb/please make up our room. No more hanging tatty cardboard labels on door handles. We didn’t have a sea view room which meant we got any late afternoon sunshine on our balcony. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Loved the idea of allocated sun loungers and the ‘hood’ on the towels allowing them to be hooked over the loungers is genius. The hotel is very quiet, lacking maybe in some background music around the pool during the day. We were half board which was adequate for us, we enjoyed the option of eating out at the other restaurants too, the Reef American Grill, right next door to hotel entrance, was very nice, the Brazilian Rodizio Steakhouse was equally great, it’s an all you can eat style where they provide fries for the table and bring the skewered meat to your table - we upgraded to fillet steak which was divine. Unfortunately the Kyklos Greek was not as nice. The food was less than desirable. The latter two restaurants are located on the ***** which is about 10-15 minute walk. We didn’t try the onsite Asian restaurant so unable to comment. As we arrived after the restaurant closed, we were provided with a rather cardboard tasting sandwich. However, we were provided a voucher to have lunch instead. We chose to save this for our last day and were offered the choice of 3 courses from an extensive menu. We also indulged in a massage which was very relaxing. All in all we would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We’ve had a lovely week!
