"I had an amazing friends trip here. I recommend the adult pool as it’s quiet. Yash, the bartender is the best bartender, nice , accommodating, and became our friend. The beds are amazingly comfortable and so are the pillows. The breakfast has a lot of variety. The water sports section has a lot of different things to do and very affordable. The sun beds are allocated, you have to pick them. Getting one on the beach is difficult. Excellent location too, can go to all the bars and restaurants walking. Also a grocery store across the street. Night life is fun. Highly recommended."

"We arrived and our room was on the front which was very noisy with traffic from the main road which made the balcony unusable too. We went straight to reception to ask to switch to a room at the back and were told we could but they would charge €50. We didn’t do this on principle but by the end of 11 nights certainly wished we had! Only allowed 1 key card which was a pain. The room itself was lovely as was the breakfast but the noisy road will put me off coming back here."

"We stayed at the Odessa beach hotel on the 4th May for 2week in room 306, 3 adult in the room it was lovely and lots of room for the 3 of us. The room was cleaned every day and clean towels as well. The staff are so helpful and always having fun with them. The food was lovely every day that's all food though the day. The only thing was the entertainment was not great but that's just us a lot of people did enjoy it. My son got married there 12 years ago I don't think they do wedding there anymore, but we have been in the hotel 3 time now and coming back next year."

"Honestly could not have had a better service. Rooms were clean, all the staff were amazing and no request was too big for any of them, extra credit due to the entertainment staff, they made our child feel like one of their own, and they kept the atmosphere at the poolside high! Location is perfect, not too far from the strip and beach, but not so close that you get woken up by the hustle and bustle of quite a lovely strip. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will be out first choice when returning to this beautiful country."

"This is one of few hotels open in Protaras during low season and we hope they will continue next year too- the hotel is newly renovated, clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. We were with kids and so we got spacious room with a sea view, perfectly enough for the 4 of us. Even if it's not a high end place, we have really enjoyed it and can recommend to everyone who is looking for a little bit of sun during the winter, as we did :)"

"We stayed here for two nights and found it very accommodating the reception staff were excellent at their job polite and approachable, I asked for a blanket as I was cold on our first nigh , we got a beautiful big fluffy through left on our bed , perfect !. The location is great if you don’t was to be too close to the centre and the beach close by is lovely. Also there was ample car parking spaces . Would definitely stay here again"
Sunrise Jade - Adults Only
"We stayed in a swim up pool room which was lovely. The room itself is clean and spacious, although decor could be a little nicer. Its quite basic. The TV is quite inconveniently placed so you cant really watch it in bed, which isnt the end of the world. The swim up pool its lovely and you have a nice sunbed out there to relax on. You will only get the sun there in the morning till lunchtime & then it will completely be in the shade. The hotel does assigned sun loungers though which I absolutely loved. You get assigned a set of loungers around the pool which are yours for your entire stay - avoids those annoying people at 6am with their towels out. The views are amazing. The hotel is a little 15/20 min walk along the sea to get into fig tree bay itself and the main area of protaras. It is a lovely walk though. The dine around concept for half/full board is really good - most of the restaurants are decent enough. I wouldnt pay to eat there out of choice though, but it really is worth it for a small fee to upgrade. I would recommend this hotel. This year we have stayed at the sister hotel (sunrise pearl) & much prefer sunrise Jade."

"Well, let’s start with the positives. Really nice hotel overall. The room was very clean, spacious, and had a lovely view. Breakfast offered plenty of variety and most of it was really nice. The only downside was that service for hot drinks could be quite slow. I can’t comment on the other food options as we chose to eat out for lunch and dinner. The pool area was also very nice, and the allocated sunbeds were a great touch. The lifeguard was especially helpful, showing us what was available, moving us when possible, and dealing with situations where other guests were using the beds allocated to us. Now for the negative part. I do accept that this was partly my own fault, but I was very disappointed by how the situation was handled. After checking out and arriving home, I realised I had left behind a fairly expensive pair of sandals. I know 100% they were left in the room because I had worn them the night before checkout. I emailed the hotel immediately, but after waiting a week for a response, I was told that despite several checks of the room, the sandals had not been found. Unfortunately, there is simply no way they were not left there, which leaves a very bitter taste and gives the impression of dishonesty from some of the cleaning staff. My advice would be to double-check the room carefully before leaving and make sure you haven’t left anything behind."

"2nd time back, still amazing, the staff here are a credit to the hotel. Food delicious everything about the hotel is fantastic. Muhammad has a lovely personality along with Eleni who like the rest work extremely hard and always cheerful. I have only 2 little wee gripes....1 the large coffee table in the suites please remove kept banging my leg on it. 2 Also those large dangling glass lights very annoying got in the way. Everything else so, so good."
